I emailed them about my allergies and about cross contamination and they emailed back " Hi Paulina,
1. Potatoes are naturally free from Gluten, we don’t have any additives to the potatoes.
2. Our oil is certified free from GMO, gluten, soy and is vegan.
3. Our sauces are Lactose & Gluten free.
The sauces do contain egg. But we have vegan options, Ketchup, curry, vegan mayo, vegan truffle mayo.
The only items that contains gluten in the shop are the crispy onions, these are optional so just don’t go for a fries with them.

I miss gluten-free food, this is the first time that it has happened to me in a McDonald's that they don't have anything gluten-free. We couldn't eat because they don't have gluten-free options, only the fries. In all the McDonald's in Spain there is gluten-free food, a Happy Meal hamburger. No gluten, no problem, this time we couldn't eat. The place is very nice and full of people. The area is currently under construction and is a little dirty and dusty, but otherwise it is very good, but not having gluten-free food is very bad.
Offer like in Germany. Only there are gluten-free burgers here (hamburger, cheeseburger and Big Mac). Unfortunately, this is only possible in person at the counter/cashier.

Amazed there was a gluten free menu! Aman (manager) took the time to explain to me their GF handling practices and made sure my food was prepped properly and brought it out to me. Above and beyond!

I recently visited the French Fries Factory, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic! The fries were simple yet amazing—crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. What’s even better is that they can be gluten-free; just speak to the staff, and they will ensure your dietary needs are met. The team was friendly and accommodating, making the visit even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you’re looking for delicious fries and great service!
Despite advertising on their signs that they have a gluten-free menu, we have gone on several occasions and they do NOT have one...plus you cannot order a gluten-free menu on the screens...and add that the service is super slow.
Enjoy ocean views and salty air while dining outside, but be prepared for limited English-speaking service at this typical fast-food spot.

The burger was really well served and tasty, with egg and fries, and strawberry lemonade, the worst part was that shortly after having finished lunch she started having a lot of cramps and a bad mood that forced her to go to the bathroom several times. , during the afternoon, which almost made it impossible for her to make the trip back home.
