Pleasant and not very chaotic pizzeria, the pizza is light and very good as is the dessert. The wait to be served was very short, the staff seemed attentive, courteous and kind and finally the bill was very fair. Recommended for everyone and especially for people who want to eat a gluten-free pizza or with wholemeal dough.
Expect a charming spot with a varied menu, excellent service, and a lovely outdoor square for a memorable dining experience.

It was the first time we were in this place motivated, above all, by its registration with the AIC given that our guest is celiac... well, it was love at first sight. In addition to the beautiful environment we were welcomed and looked after by kind, welcoming, competent and friendly staff. Delicious dishes and a good wine list. In summary: a Pearl!!!
Recently opened and full of unique flavor combos, this cozy spot offers a welcoming vibe with handcrafted drinks and a great atmosphere.

Pizzeria restaurant which is part of the hotel of the same name, a well-kept but very crowded and chaotic environment with too many tables squeezed together inside and even more restricted space for the waiters to move around, one of which probably suffers from these constraints and gives unwelcoming tones to the customers... it should be underlined that the other waiters were friendly and approachable. A sad point is the price increase applied for gluten-free pizzas, I must say that 5 euros more for a Margherita really seems like an exaggeration to me, we have never found such high surcharges on gluten-free foods. And the higher price was not even justified by the quality of the food offered... the pizza was almost inedible given that it was overcooked to the level of a biscuit and the dough had no flavour. We must always remember that celiac disease is not a whim and is not a personal choice like a vegan diet could be and deserves respect. Last negative note, the lack of a menu that can be consulted on Google Maps, with only photos of the dishes without any link to the menu
A vibrant spot with a welcoming vibe, creative dishes, and a touch of charm that keeps guests coming back for more.

Campanarò is an all-round experience: every sense is pampered and satisfied. The quality of the food is excellent, followed immediately by the quantity. The service is worthy of a starred restaurant and the environment is cared for in every detail. The staff is exceptional, kind and attentive to every customer need. If you are celiac or gluten intolerant you can consume without fear of incurring contamination or restrictions and you will have the possibility of choosing almost all the courses. The wine list is extensive and they will be able to advise you on the best pairing. My compliments to both the waiting staff and the kitchen brigade! Keep it up!

The offer of different doughs gives the place a very high rating as, in addition to the classics, there is also gluten-free dough, both in pan and shovel format.
I give my choice, wholemeal focaccia with lard, a solid 10!
The base is excellent, covered with very soft lard.

We chose this pizzeria on the advice of friends with dietary needs and we had a great time.
FOOD: the pizza was a hybrid between Neapolitan (puffy crust) and crunchy, salty dough. The proposals on the menu were limited but particular. We took a simple but very good farinata, a Geoffrey with meatballs in sauce (very tasty) and one which was the pizza of the month with potatoes, smoked provola and porchetta (even more memorable).
SERVICE: the owner, or rather the one who served us, was very nice, the only flaw was the 40 minute wait with the place half empty (it was a Wednesday evening).
ENVIRONMENT: the place was under renovation, so I cannot judge the room in which we ate because it would not reflect normality. It was perhaps a little cold.
BATHROOM: needs a little more attention.
NB: the one who took the gluten-free dough was very impressed by its goodness.
Step into a charming historic inn with a cozy atmosphere, exceptional culinary offerings, and a delightful musical backdrop for an unforgettable evening.

A very beautiful and intimate location, elegant in its simplicity. I was invited to a birthday party and I fell in love with their food, I must admit I have celiac disease and they took special care.
Quality local food, raw and seasonal ingredients processed with simplicity and ancient recipes.
I don't love onions, but I assure you that their onion omelette with honey and lime was a real discovery... I will certainly return, thanks for the lovely evening

Hospitable and super joyful!!! Highly recommended for an excellent gluten-free pizza, the yellow crust specialty!!! It's my favorite place, I come there often!!
A real tavern.
The place is not on the main road, but a little inside and this is very much worth it. A lovely little place, designed down to the smallest detail.
We found the place by chance, we were looking for a restaurant that knew what Celiac Disease is and wasn't a problem (it's part of the AIC circuit). They didn't make me feel different even for a second, the dishes were wonderful in the same way, the menu is almost entirely gluten-free replicable with obviously some changes.
The care that the chef takes in the dishes is spectacular! As well as being a unique delicacy for the eyes and palate... try it! If I really had to find a flaw it's the portions... a little more wouldn't hurt 😉! But it is certainly a place with a well-deserved 5 stars, which I recommend to every celiac person who wants to feel "quiet" and eat with good products and to anyone who wants to get away from the usual "city" and enjoy some fresh air! Keep it up! Thanks for everything, I will definitely be back!

Gluten-free pizzas can no longer be ordered without mozzarella (probably bought in advance as it is frozen).
It came out still ice cold in the middle.
At least there was gluten-free spaghetti which I could eat vegan with vegetables.
Unfortunately they mixed up the orders so the three of us ended up eating one after the other. The bill came incorrectly with €8 too much. During the entire stay, the friendly owner made every effort to solve the problems.
Experience breathtaking hilltop views and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a memorable meal with great local vibes.

We went to eat at La Salinera on 11/24/2023. We were three people, one of whom had celiac disease. The staff showed great professionalism, bringing this person a separate basket of focaccias and bread substitutes, all gluten-free, and pointing out which dishes on the menu might have traces of gluten. We all ate very well, the quantities were plentiful and the flavors exquisite. A glass of excellent Barolo each, a delicious dessert to finish. About forty Euros each, 5 well-deserved stars!

I came across this restaurant twice by chance, looking for a place where they also made gluten-free dishes for my wife who has celiac disease.
We had a good time, the value for money is good and there is a lot of choice, there are also different types of "salads" on the menu.

I went to this pizza restaurant on a Friday evening, without a reservation, for two.
The owners were immediately concerned about finding us a place to accommodate us and to while away the wait, they offered us a glass of wine. We had a great time: the food is excellent and the service is fast and all the staff are very kind.
We will return with celiac friends since there is a menu dedicated to them with a list of certified products, without risk of contamination.
I recommend it for the quality of the food, the presentation and the friendliness of the staff.

We've been eating pizza here every week for years now and we've always had a great time! There is a wide variety of pizzas, calzones, focaccias, first courses, second courses, appetizers, desserts and drinks. The pizzas are delicious, digestible, very well seasoned and the ingredients used are all of excellent quality. The thing I appreciate most is the great variety and quality of the gluten-free menus. All pizzas and appetizers are available in a gluten-free version. For the first and second courses they have a real dedicated menu. Their gluten-free specialty in my opinion, besides pizza, is their mixed fried food, truly delicious, with fresh, quality ingredients at a super honest and accessible price. Gluten-free pizza has a very soft and digestible dough, the toppings on top if you ask for pizza with this dough are obviously all gluten-free (including the french fries which are cooked in a separate fryer). They are therefore very attentive to all allergies, intolerances and food preferences (there is a lot of attention to contamination and food preparation). We have known the staff for years and they are really kind, helpful, friendly and above all competent and super prepared. The place is elegant, the tables are well arranged, the rooms are large and both the rooms and the bathrooms are very clean. The prices are very fair and the quality is very high. I highly recommend this pizzeria to anyone who lives in and around Pianezza.
A cozy spot with traditional vibes, homemade treats, and a memorable wine selection that leaves everyone feeling satisfied and appreciated.
