The chunky steak and chicken and leak pies are delicious, they've nailed the pastry! Lemon and poppies seed cake was fluffy and tasted like non gluten free cake 🙌 and the Caramel slice was 10/10! Definitely coming back.

The food is mostly ok at Gluten Free 4 U on North East Rd. Wouldn’t recommend the scones, hot cross buns or the muffins. The pies and plain frozen breads are much better standard. Went at lunch time today and there was nothing hot and ready to go in the pie warmer. Last time I went there was no plain bagels even though that is a frozen product that the stock levels can be planned for. That time I was told it would be approximately a month wait until the plain bagels would be available again. So it’s hit and miss whether they are going to even have the item you want to purchase. The biggest problem is the service. The aggressive level of upselling is going to make me look elsewhere for an alternative to buy gluten free food. Today when I questioned there being nothing hot and ready to go in the pie warmer they tried to sell me frozen pies multiple times after I’d said no as well as room temperature pizzas and pastries. Once you say you want to pay for your items they again ask if you want something from the tray that just came out of the oven, then once they give you the total cost they will say that you’re close to meeting the amount required to enter the competition and again ask you if you want to buy more food mentioning several more items that they think you might want. The previous times I’ve been in the store the service has been so slow even though there’s only one person in front of me because they are trying to sell people so many extra products that the customer never suggested they wanted. Even service today as the only person ordering was so slow because of being asked so many extra pushy questions to try to get me to buy things I don’t want. It feels disrespectful to be hassled so much to buy more instead of just grateful for my business and to move through the interaction swiftly without a whole lot of unnecessary pressuring. It’s not just one staff member that tries to excessively upsell either, it is a repeated problem with all of the staff members I have ever been served by here. Will be looking to go elsewhere as a result.

5 stars - A must-visit for gluten and dairy free families! We visited Kenny’s for Mother’s Day as a family of 7—all gluten and dairy free—and we were seriously impressed. The digital ordering system made things super easy (especially with kids), and the staff, though busy in the kitchen, were warm and welcoming. We ordered the classic chicken burgers, nuggets, tenders, chips, and cookies. The standout dishes were the chicken tenders for the kids and the chicken burgers for the adults—fresh, filling, and full of flavour. The Not-tella cookie was next-level good—like a better version of a Subway cookie but completely gluten and dairy free. There were 3 younger kids and 2 teens in our group. We skipped the kids’ box and shared a large nuggets and chips combo between them. The older kids had burgers of their own. The portion sizes were generous—we were all completely full, and even had leftovers! At $114 for 7 people, it was amazing value for the quality of food (they use beef tallow and no seed oils). The venue is cosy, and although seating is limited, we managed to grab an outdoor table for all 7 of us. It’s clean, casual, and clearly designed for take-away, but still a great place to enjoy your meal if you can grab a seat. We’ll definitely be back for more quick, wholesome, allergy-friendly eats. Busy little place. Had a great meal there but definitely felt the pressure to eat fast and get out of there with the line that was building outside. The food was pretty good, the staff seemed run off their feet and a little stressed, but still friendly. Coeliac safe!

I went to pizzateca for a dinner, the atmosphere is so nice & the staff are super friendly I had heard many people rave on about how amazing the pizza is here and when I tried it myself the quality of the pizza did not disappoint, definitely will be back again sometime. Especially for gluten free base which is tried It’s amazing. Would love to see vegan cheese options on the menu next time 🍕🤍

We went for a family dinner and had a lovely time. Our meals were really delicious (snitzels, burgers, Nasi goreng). We appreciated the gluten free options. Meals came out within 15 minutes with excellent service by Charlie. He was very efficient and friendly.

An institution in Adelaide. Some westernised classics but also decent Cantonese dishes. We came on Sunday and it was still busy. Best to book. They have an extensive dessert menu. There is also a separate gluten free menu.

I cannot speak more highly of Terra & Sol. Their menu is incredible for Celiacs and Gluten Intolerances although if you are lucky enough to not worry about this you will love it all the same! Their owner is Celiac themselves so their menu has been built to cater for this allergen and intolerance without changing the taste and feel of the original menu item. There are so many options and they do not miss the mark. My favourite was the bread.. omg the white bread for the garlic focaccia and the burrata dishes, a close second was the fried chicken, the crunch and the flavour were sensational. It really was the best GF meal I have had in a long time, but also just a really good bloody meal! Alana did a wonderful job of helping me feel assured that everything was gluten free (I couldn’t quite believe it at first because it tasted soo good!) and also makes a mean French Martini!

Come in for the first time and had a gluten free 1/4 chicken and two roast potatoes. Got a freebie with the chicken and both tasted awesome as the chicken was very tender and tasty and the potatoes were how I love them supper soft and tender and not hard. Will go back for sure!😁

I never review a business, but I had to with them. I’ve been a coeliac for 5 years, and i’ve tried loooots of pizzas. Gone to most pizza places in adelaide and tony tomatoes are the only ones who have managed to create a pizza dough that is airy and fluffy! You cannot tell the difference between the gluten free and the normal dough. They have the best gluten free pizza in adelaide without a doubt.

Wow, my family of picky eaters and gluten free wife, just found a new go to place. The service was only 2nd to the amazing taste. Every mouthful had different blend of chosen ingredients, that were all fresh. The only question now is what to try next and how soon we can come back. TLDR, MR. Potato is refreshing delicious food that you'll only regret not getting a bigger serving..

We were on our way back to Melbourne this morning, so looked up "best coffee Hahndorf" and this cafe came up. Everyone was so friendly, they had gluten free bagels and toasties on offer, and our search was right- the coffee was delicious. The toasties were cooked perfectly - not at all oily like some can be, and for any coeliacs out there, the chef came out herself to hand over our sandwiches and assure me that special care had been taken when cooking the GF one. The people are what make this cafe. Extra touches like the little pictures on our coffee lids were so sweet and they were all lovely.

I adore the carbonara from here, and the pizza is amazing. However, you can tell that they do not use Italian pasta, as non-Italian pastas use flours containing pesticides that is often the cause of people believing that they have gluten intolerance when really, it is just the flour used. This is fine, I don't mind getting gluten-free pasta instead. The real killer, however? The price. For a family of four who each get a main meal (which is decently sized but not above average) and one drink each, and perhaps a serve of garlic bread, it easily comes to $200+. Yes, it's nice food, but for the quality of the ingredients used, the prices are ridiculous. We can hardly ever afford to eat here, as much as we love it. If price is not an issue for you, I definitely recommend it, but it's sad how much of a hole one meal from here burns in our pocket.

This chip and chicken takeaway is really solid. The chips are nicely done—crisp and tasty—and the chicken is consistently good. Found this place by accident, when my partner and I were looking for a late evening, quick gluten free and dairy free snack. We were impressed with the fries which we ordered. The proprietor was very friendly and knowledgeable. The place a good vibe about it. The menu has an extensive range of options for us. We will return.

Fat bikers guide to fine dining A lovely little pub with a great little authentic country bar. Be great if you could get serverd a drink at it . But to be fair I didn't wait that long when you compair it to the time waited for our lunch.. well over an hour. When it finally did arrive one snitty was missing the toppings and considering it was the gluten free crumbing it really needed something to cover the incredible ummmm 'texture' shall we say. You know that texture you get from a quality microwaved snitty from mcCain? My tbone came out cooked perfectly rare as ordered which was nice but please remember steak needs seasoning before going on the grill. And the veg, how do you boil carrots in water till they are dry ? Freezer burn perhaps? Some other complaints worth mentioning were the broccoli smelling slightly of fish, tastless gravy and mash that was poorly well......mashed. having said all this it's good to see a family owned local pub doing all day dining and catering for those with gluten intolerance (and let's face it , gluten free food sux)

Mawson house has a great variety of choices from breakfast to lunch. They have very friendly and helpful staff and even have vegan and gluten-free and vegetarian options. They even have cute little old teaspoons with your coffee. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a great meal or coffee.
