Hands down the best gluten free bakery in Turin. What an absolute treat - beautifully flaky layers of filled croissant, creme patissiere filled tarts and the sachertorte to name but a few tasted. Every single one was delicious. The staff were really helpful and polite and made us feel welcome despite how busy it was. We can't wait to visit Turin again

The offer of different doughs gives the place a very high rating as, in addition to the classics, there is also gluten-free dough, both in pan and shovel format. I give my choice, wholemeal focaccia with lard, a solid 10! The base is excellent, covered with very soft lard. I will definitely be back!

Normal thin pizza, acidic sauce, inedible gluten-free pizza, it looked like a stuffed, unleavened and stringy polenta piadina. Non-existent service, we waited 45 minutes with the pizzeria empty and it was Saturday evening. There wasn't even sparkling water, they had run out of gas. Possibility to try special doughs and can also satisfy celiac people. After having satisfied and tasted the flavors you wanted of savory pizzas, simply turning the card on the table the plates are changed (no cutlery) and you move on to the sweet pizza flavors and here too you will be spoiled for choice. The price seemed a little high for a few euros. I must also say the location of the place is not the most beautiful in a structure on a state road next to a car dealership and a sushi restaurant, certainly from the outside it is not at all attractive.

We've been eating pizza here every week for years now and we've always had a great time! There is a wide variety of pizzas, calzones, focaccias, first courses, second courses, appetizers, desserts and drinks. The pizzas are delicious, digestible, very well seasoned and the ingredients used are all of excellent quality. The thing I appreciate most is the great variety and quality of the gluten-free menus. All pizzas and appetizers are available in a gluten-free version. For the first and second courses they have a real dedicated menu. Their gluten-free specialty in my opinion, besides pizza, is their mixed fried food, truly delicious, with fresh, quality ingredients at a super honest and accessible price. Gluten-free pizza has a very soft and digestible dough, the toppings on top if you ask for pizza with this dough are obviously all gluten-free (including the french fries which are cooked in a separate fryer). They are therefore very attentive to all allergies, intolerances and food preferences (there is a lot of attention to contamination and food preparation). We have known the staff for years and they are really kind, helpful, friendly and above all competent and super prepared. The place is elegant, the tables are well arranged, the rooms are large and both the rooms and the bathrooms are very clean. The prices are very fair and the quality is very high. I highly recommend this pizzeria to anyone who lives in and around Pianezza.

This place really surprised me from the first time I entered. As soon as you enter the smell of pizza and focaccia really makes you feel like you are living a dream which becomes even more concrete when you eat the course. The focaccia is really excellent and the pizza by the slice is perhaps the best in town. The choice to also have a place dedicated to gluten-free is excellent, even if I personally cannot evaluate it as I have never ordered from that place. Super recommended to everyone given its strategic position near Via Vittorio Emanuele.

I now understand why this restaurant is ranked #1 The owner decided to use local ingredients to make his pizzas. You won't find the Neapolitan, nor the 4 seasons, nor the marguerite, nor all the other pizzas that you are used to eating for that matter. In this establishment, only original savory or sweet creations. I was traveling in these areas (I'm from Ravenna) and I was pleasantly surprised by the gluten-free pizza they offer in this bar which is also a small restaurant..... In my opinion, the best pizza I've eaten since I was diagnosed with celiac disease. I have already complimented the owners and I repeat them with pleasure.
