I’ve been eating here for years and taking all my celiac friends as well when they come to town. They are always blown away by the GF selections and how even for an Italian restaurant, it’s extremely celiac safe. Their one complaint is that they need to buy bigger pants due to the weight gain. I ordered gluten free items on the menu (told the server I have Celiac - he said he had a celiac button on the register). The food did not come out with the gluten free flags. As someone with celiac, this is a great comfort to know the food was prepped with caution and not mixed up in the kitchen!

My wedding cake from Unrefined Bakery was a huge success! Their team was helpful from the get go helping me design a wedding cake, taking into consideration my budget and guest count. The cake tasting was incredibly helpful, and we ultimately went with a strawberry vanilla 2-tier cake. They even provided me extra icing in case the cake got bumped in transit (which it did!) and I needed to patch it up. We ended up only having a few pieces left because all of our guests loved the cake. Would highly recommend for anyone gluten-free or not!

Alex was incredible and so attentive. She knew I was allergic to gluten and made sure to communicate that to the kitchen as well as noticed me eating from my sister’s plate and made sure to let me know that is gluten free as well. The food is exceptional! However, it's really disappointing that they don't allow you to substitute toast/tortillas for anything else. If somebody is gluten intolerant or is avoiding grains, it's frustrating that they have to throw away money away because "we can only add another side."

To celiacs, or gluten intolerant folks - call ahead and ask if they’re out of their gluten free ingredients. They stopped carrying their gluten free bread all together, and often times are out of their gluten free tortillas. Pretty disappointing.

Amazing! I thought I was imagining things when I saw it was near the main strip as I’ve lived in the neighborhood for a bit and have a keen eye for places that have gluten friendly alternatives! I think this is a new location for them! Wonderful experience! Alicia, one of the servers, greeted me right away and walked me through the menu. She offered her recommendations and I ordered a buckwheat crepe and a latte. I had my latte while waiting for my to-go crepe which was very yummy. Very strong and robust which is my preference for coffee. It took maybe 10-15 minutes for my crepe to be done but Alicia offered a water while I was waiting (and I had my coffee). I think if you have the time, sitting down would be nice! It’s a cozy little spot! Will absolutely be coming back and hopefully bringing some friends too! Alicia had such an inviting & warm energy!! Having been a server myself, I find that most servers in Dallas lack a bit so this was a very refreshing experience!

I was a bit hesitant at first as the menu didn't mark off the allergies or gluten. But as the Atly app said this place is absolutely celiac friendly. The staff here is incredible and they really work hard to make the environment here extremely relaxing and energetic at the same time. It's a very good vibe here. I can definitely come here grab a few drinks and grab a bruschetta.. its light. I can get it gluten free, and the drinks are great.

We dined in during a not busy time and I would rate our service a 10/5. Our waiter (forgot his name) was very knowledgeable about dietary restrictions and told us that they do have gluten-free naan available, but you need to call ahead so they can make it fresh. He brought some gluten-free options for my daughter to snack on. The garlic naan was one of the best I’ve had in my life. The butter chicken was a hit all around. And the paneer masala was a surprising hit.

Came here for brunch with a group of friends, but they only serve it on weekends, so it was standard menu. I had the salad as it was limited for gluten free options. Having said that, the salad was pretty darn good. Coffee was nice too. The decor of the place is nice, and the choice of music was nice, beinf that it created a nice background ambiance. The waiter, whose name I cannot remember was decent professional.

Wrapping up a short weekend to see a favorite band in Grand Prairie, I stopped in at Blue Sushi on my way to flying out from Love as flight had been delayed. Constructed my own set paired with a perfectly brewed hot green tea. Gluten free soy sauce was no issue. Exceptionally fresh uni and rolls. Though it was a Sunday afternoon, place soon filled up within an hour. Don’t have to tell you where to go.

My husband and I ate here while in Dallas for work and we both have allergies to gluten (he’s celiac, I have a wheat allergy/gluten intolerance). The food was incredible and we felt very safe eating here. Gluten Free is clearly marked on the menu and when we told the server she made sure the kitchen knew our allergies. We shared the chicken satay appetizer, my husband got the curry fried rice and I had the massamun curry. The flavors were out of this world delicious! I would eat here all the time if I lived here. Highly recommend!

Amazing. Aliyah, our server, was incredible! I have a severe gluten allergy and she did her very best to speak with the manager and chef to ensure I had safe options to eat. The food and service were wonderful! It's not often that I get to enjoy a deli style sandwich that isn't made at home since being diagnosed with Celiacs disease, however the staff was very knowledgeable of my condition and very accommodating. The gluten free bread was so soft and decadent. My taste buds were delighted! And the best part was no morning sickness, so no cross-contamination for me!

Came to Maya’s on a whim. It is now my go-to restaurant! Everything is fresh and delicious. Their air-fryer options help me avoid the oils that are usually ubiquitous to restaurant food. I can also easily avoid gluten as well as hit protein targets. I love the flavors. Everything tastes thoughtfully made. Service is good and pleasant. Sometimes the inside of the restaurant is a little warm, climate-wise, but that doesn’t bother us much. I feel very comfortable bringing my 3 year old son here to dine. All around wonderful restaurant and so glad to have this gem in the neighborhood.

A very okayish lunch. Never been to taco deli before. Was told this was superior to torchy and other similar restaurants. It didn't knock my socks off, but it wasn't terrible either. Got three tacos as recommended by the guy who took my order. I don't remember their names but they are pictured. I order all flour but received all corn. No sweat don't need the gluten anyway. But yeah. The meat was very salty to me. Did I still crush it, of course. But if you have high BP be weary. Their sauces were what made the tacos better. Loved them. I would come back just to try different tacos, they have plenty on the menu to suit even the pickiest of folks.

We ordered two pizzas for dinner. They were both Salami Pizzas but one was with the gluten free crust which was delicious! It was made with tapioca and almond flour which tastes so much better than a cauliflower crust. I also liked that the gf crust is the same size as a regular crust so you aren't getting a reduced size like at other pizza places that offer a gluten free crust option. The quality of the meat toppings were excellent. It included Calabrese salami, house fennel sausage, Biellese pepperoni and bacon. I ordered takeout and it was ready in 20 minutes so by the time I got there my order was hot and ready for pickup. Great pizza! You won't be disappointed. Each box included a packet of crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese. There were special reheat instructions taped onto the outside of each box which was unique.

Pros: Cute place, Has Gluten-Free Options, Great Location Cons: *A heart attack waiting to happen with the outrageously salty food. *Tea was so sweet that putting 3/4 of a cup of water and 1/4 of the tea, it was still too sweet. *The cashier was sweet but was not listening to what I was saying nor was very knowledgeable. *The floors were VERY sticky. It was disgusting. *The sandwich I ordered tasted good but I feel nauseous now based on how salty, heavy, greasy and unhealthy it was. *The owner was very helpful and willing to accommodate my specifications which I appreciated, but I could tell she was annoyed and seemed to not want me there afterwards. *Lastly, I am from the Deep South and this is NOT soul food in my book. We typically do turnip greens, vegetables, some fried chicken and corn bread. We don't do French fries nor cauliflower wings or the bulk of this menu. This place would be something for someone seeking SUPER salty and greasy food unlike any fast food restaurant around who is purposely wanting to eat disgustingly unhealthy. Unfortunately, I was looking for a healthier version of savory, home cooked food. All I got was a stomach ache and diarrhea.

Excellent food and selection, generous portions, good service, cozy atmosphere. When I first visited this restaurant a year ago, I enjoyed the food, but decided not to return because my waiter had an attitude. However, I gave it another try to introduce it to a non-vegan friend. We were disappointed at all. I also appreciate that they offer many options that don’t contain that imitation meat as well as a gluten-free menu. The drink menu was awesome, too. Be aware that, while you will use a QR code to order at the table, you can also order at cash register at the bar.

As someone who has celiac it’s always challenging getting GF Chinese food. The Beef and Broccoli GF was the best I have had since moving to Texas! Our kiddos really enjoyed the kids Wei dishes. Loved the flavor of this salad bowl with the miso vinaigrette! I had to request no cheese and a different dressing and added tofu. Savory, crunchy, fresh and flavorful! I loved the Avocado and Quinoa Superfood Ensalada choice. A bit expensive at $17 for this salad. But tasty overall. The only gluten free and vegan option besides drinks. Ask for no cheese.

Highly recommend. Our go-to spot for sushi (and yakisoba), I usually get the beef and vegetable yakisoba and the Xalapa roll, get that and you won’t be disappointed! Friendly and helpful staff, they have a menu marked for gluten free options, and are great for dine in or take out!
