We had booked an outdoor table but the weather did not cooperate. They saved us seats at the bar and we really loved watching all the food come out and the pizzas go in the oven. Our server, Gokce was lovely. She was able to list off everything that could be done gluten free and I appreciated her confidence. She was attentive even though we were seated at the bar. We got three different pasta dishes: the carbonara, the lamb pasta, and the wild boar pasta. All were delicious. The panna cotta dessert was amazing!! Definitely recommend
The place has me completely convinced. Staff members delivered superior service as usual. Their commitment to good ingredients is clear. Quality ingredients at accessible costs. Nadas - Rainbow Gluten Free Empanadas makes me wish I lived closer.
Strong vibes, every dish was incredible. The halibut (and mushroom tartare, short rib) , no notes, so good. Majority of the menu is gluten free. Wish I could dine here nightly
If you are looking for a great gluten free pizza come to Sotto 13. The new owners really get how to do this! They make their own GF crusts.
The brunch is also a tremendous deal… if you are two people you will have leftovers.
Finally, the service is amazing. Helder, our bartender/waiter was marvelous!
We have eaten here many times before and can easily say that the ownership change has been very positive!

The gluten-free thin crust pizza with arugula and artichokes, and mushrooms, and garlic, is among the best pizzas I have had after trying many of the most famous NY and Neapolitan restaurants and pizzerias in NYC. It is crispy, flavorful, fresh, and very quick to order from the hot wood burning oven in the true Neapolitan style.
The service here for a NYC restaurant was excellent. We tried a gluten free crust, which wasn’t the best, but still decent. Good prices for NY standards.
This is the typical relaxed brunch spot that has all the amazing food and makes you happy each time you go. Great selection for brunch with creative juices, coffee, traditional dishes and healthy options. A great plus for gluten free and dairy free modifications making most of the menu available for people with food allergies.
Super cute spot in the city! We enjoyed a relaxing and delicious breakfast outside. There were several tables available inside and outside for dine-in, and the line was out the door the entire time we were there, but it moved fast. Unique menu and gluten-free options available!
Gluten free pita (thin, more tortilla like) is available. They were quick to answer dietary questions. Nice spot. Had a good lunch with a friend over a delicious meal.
Short version: save your money and time, go to another Italian spot. The service was not kind and the food left a lot to be desired.
Long version: We visited on a Monday night and had the option of being sat immediately outside (which by the way, their outdoor seating is not heated) or at table tucked in the corner of the restaurant. They have beautiful open windows and asked if it would be possible to sit there, they said yes but it would come with an hour and 45 minute wait. We didn't mind since that gave us some time to explore and having limited time in the city we really wanted to sit there. We patiently waited for the text that our table was ready and when we arrived we were sat at a table next to the bar. My wife and I on 2 separate occasions reminded the host that we just waited almost 2 hours specifically to be sat next to the window as we looked at an open table next to the window. Both instances with the hosts did not resolve the situation with the 2nd time resulting the host rudely saying well you can go back on the wait-list. We decided to give the food try since we just WAITED 2 HOURS for a table we could have received immediately. We ordered the cacio pepe and meatballs (which also, by the waythey don't have gluten free pasta). The cacio pepe lacked flavor and had too much oil on it. As for the meatballs, honestly any chain restaurant (insert Olive Garden, Maggianos, etc) has better meatballs for half the price. Back to the service, the waitress never checked on us once the food was delivered and a buser physically picked up my wife's food when she went to the restroom until I told him she wasn't done yet (there was still 1/4 of the meal left). The best decision of the whole dinner was passing on getting dessert here and going to Boucherie to sample desserts. To be honest, I'm blown away this place even has 4.4 stars. Save your time and money and try somewhere else.
Loved it. Cozy, friendly, fun. Great food, good options/adaptations for celiac, yummy cocktails. The golden one with tumeric was lovely. Sugar snap salad was fresh and delish. Mussels were excellent. Still dreaming about the chocolate mousse. Our new favorite place. Will be back. Highly recommend.
Came for dinner on Monday night, celebrating two birthdays so we started at the cocktail bar then to a large table in the back room. By the end of the night we tried different cocktails and they were all amazing. The food was excellent, my favorites were the branzino crusted in salt, risotto of the day with mushrooms and lobster, and pasta with king crab and truffles. They asked up front if anyone has an allergy or food preference, I have celiac so I appreciated it. We ordered everything as sharing for the table so they brought second plates gluten free for some of us. I highly recommend Alice for a chic dinner. Their hospitality and service is impeccable. Grazie mille!
- 5/24/2023, Wed: , I strongly recommend the seasonal raspberry flower croissant and pistachio filled tea cake, pictured below.

- I tried a few of their baked goods at the Meatpacking location on Washington St between Gansevoort & Horatio in NYC, and they were all of decent quality and creative beyond standard plain and chocolate croissants. I liked the Pain d'espices which had a gluten-free whole grain buckwheat flour, and flavor from the spices and ginger. The chocolate orange oatmeal cookie was a bit sweet, but was still a hearty dessert with oatmeal and an interesting dark chocolate/orange flavor. There is also a citibike dock right outside the store, and nice decor inside with solid rustic woods with upholstered furniture and directional lighting.

- I tried chocolate hazelnut flan and chocolate pistachio croissant. The hazelnut was a butter/paste, and the pistachios were finely chopped / crushed adding a fine decoration & texture.
