Beautiful place, impeccable service, we were served by Chiara, very good and smart. The dishes arrived quickly and everything was delicious, especially the crispy chicken. They have a huge choice for celiacs and those intolerant to gluten, therefore highly recommended! I will definitely be back!

This is obviously a touristy place, but not exclusively, and it makes absolutely the best gluten-free pizza. With a bit of buckwheat flour in the mix, the resulting taste is more earthy and savory, and not as sweet and generic as many typical gluten-free options. I’d even prefer it over a gluten one if I could still have any. Otherwise, the topping ingredients were quality, the spritzes were generous, and the wine selection was good. With all the restaurant options in Rome, I did manage to drag my long-suffering husband here on repeat during our stay. He found his gluten-filled dishes enjoyable, he had to admit. The service was friendly, and the owner was very hospitable. As a celiac, I felt they took it seriously to avoid cross contamination and developed their own gf flour mixes with quality and taste in mind. Just as in any other place that serves both gluten and gluten-free options, you have to be careful when ordering in a mixed party, and it’s better to confirm if the dish was made gluten-free, just to avoid any human error during the order placement. There was a bit of mix up in our order on one of the evenings, and the staff responded so promptly and with earnest horror at the prospect of feeding gluten to a celiac. I was impressed. Now, I need to devise a way how I can fly back to Rome from NYC to get my pizza fix.

When I'm in Rome I order very often from this restaurant (today a supplì with fish, and you can really see the fish inside and then a gricia with truffle) their gluten-free is perfect, in terms of taste you don't notice the difference between gluten and gluten-free, this proves that they know what they are doing and they do it like a god! 10/10!
