Terrible experience, my partner and I happened upon it by chance and reading that the place was on the AIC list we decided to have dinner. .....we had never done it.....when we got home the first pains began (typical of poisoning) a night in the grip of cramps with strong pains that prevented us from sleeping.... Rome is full of good places for celiacs, this one will never see us again. For fairness I attach the receipt. .p.s. the normal beer was for me who unlike my partner I am not celiac

Not a pleasant experience, we had to wait more than half an hour just to order, we asked for everything to arrive at the same time, as it was different dishes, but instead the fries arrived first, then after a quarter of an hour the drinks (but only because we were asked several times), then a first course, then after another half hour the kebabs with two normal pizzas and after an hour, when everyone had finished eating, and after having insistently requested them, the two gluten-free pizzas, which they had evidently forgotten. Then additional things were charged to the account. In short, it's ok that on Saturday evenings there can be confusion and a little more waiting, but not like that. It's a shame because in the end the food is worth it.

We decided to go for the €30 per person menu. It had different types of dishes and each one was gluten free. We started the dinner with typical Roman dishes such as carbonara and amatriciana served with original ideas that reminded us of the shape of sushi, continuing they served us some meat bringing us the famous coda alla vaccinara dish. To conclude we finished the dinner with three small desserts, one covered with pistachio, the other covered with caramel and the last one with dark chocolate. We ate very satisfyingly. These are just examples of dishes that were served to us this evening. If you decide to choose the €30 option you can eat many really good typical Roman dishes. The service is excellent.

Despite the few choices on the menu (They were changing dishes, in my opinion you need to first have a general picture of what you have and what you don't have, also because we left home wanting meat dishes, but there was half the menu available).. but apart from that, I give 5 STARS! We were welcomed with a smile, and after the difficulties we had in choosing something from the menu, they came forward with various proposals even off the menu, we liked their desire to work and do well, that was enough for us, and above all the dishes were very good, compliments also for the gluten-free pizza dough, very good! Very good. We ordered the pasta carbonara and amatriciana, and the amatriciana was the best, but both were incredible! All the options are gluten-free (+2€), but it's totally worth it. The best pasta I've ever tried. The wait staff was very attentive at all times.

What can I say, we are regular customers now, this place has won me over! Not only is the entire buffet offering entirely vegan, but most of the dishes are gluten-free (almost all except the pasta starters, but there is so much more). I have never had a bad meal here. The soy strips, fried foods (especially the polenta) and cheeses are especially delicious. I highly recommend it and I can't wait to go back 💚

How to feel at home!! Quality ingredients and above all they reminded me of the flavors of my land (oil, fior di latte, piennolo tomatoes) Clean and well-kept environment and welcoming staff. You don't need to book for lunch, but I recommend it for dinner. Prices in line with the city of Rome. For two, 30 euros for a gluten-free Margherita pizza (excellent!), a Margherita with 4 tomatoes, water and coffee. Try it and believe it!
