Amazing! Amazing! Lovely staff and a cosy little cafe. We arrived late in the day, 5.30 (close at 6pm) and they accommodated us for a quick dessert.
They had sold out of their rice flour bread so couldn’t get the sandwiches. Highly recommend.

Run into Fukunoki because strolling Sapporo with my Moslem colleague. Fukunoki use that all ingredients are halal certified, and also have options for vegan and gluten-free noodles. The owner is friendly.
First I ordered the most popular Ebi noodle and yeah it’s so good 😍🤤. The sweetness from the shrimp and also the rich shrimp soup.
And the next day I come back again and order the Ebi Curry noodle. The taste of this type is more savoury than the ebi noodle, but I like ebi noodle the most than the curry one.
I also ordered the gluten free chocolate cake.

Very tasty food with gluten free options. The service is slower than the typical ramen-style restaurants where they get you in and out quickly but that didn't bother us.

Loved this place! We opted for the 5pm gluten free dining and myself and my non-gluten free partner found the experience 10/10. They do a 5pm gluten free allergen seating and from 6pm gluten is introduced into the kitchen. They are very aware of other allergens as well. Felt like dining at a friendly Japanese home. Hideki-san & Naoko-san share their culinary skills with us and really really know how to cook, entertain and share their love of food and Kyoto.
Bookings are definitely essential.

A curry shop located a little off Sunshine Street. From the entrance, I go down a flashy, narrow staircase to the basement. The inside of the store has a fun atmosphere with manga on shelves and posters. The chair is made of logs and leather and is very bulky lol
The curry seems to be a gluten-free curry, and the roux takes two weeks to complete. Spice curry with vegetables, fruits, and 26 types of Chinese herbal medicine. No white sugar, milk, or trans fat.
◆Mushroom curry (¥1,054)
・Dry (normal curry shop dry)
・Gluten-free glutinous rice
The curry roux has the sourness of vegetables, the fruitiness of fruit, and the punch of spice. It has a particularly strong sour taste. After eating it, the spices left a feeling of heat in my stomach, making it perfect for the cold winter.
The mushrooms were plentiful and delicious.
I think when I ordered curry, I was given one potato for free.
It's been a while since I've been there, but I thought it had evolved into a buffet style, bar-like snack menu, cocktails, and more.
What is Mouyan Curry (quoted from Instagram)
When founder Chitaro Tsuji was a sports trainer, he wondered what foods were good for the body. As a result of repeated research and human experiments, we arrived at a ``spice-flavored simmered mixture of large amounts of various vegetables and fruits.''
I was in great shape, so I continued to eat it every day for a year and made improvements, and by chance I ended up with a curry-like food.
We have continued to make further improvements to what we have today.
It's the curry of the soul

The food is good, but there's a cover charge per person that isn't advertised until you get the bill. There's confusion communicating dietary restrictions even though they offer gluten free soba and some other items. Only one person is well informed on the allergens, and on a second visit she wasn't there so it was difficult and I was less confident. They also won't split bills.

Idk why it’s michelin guide, it’s pretty straightforward okonomiyaki, the yam one is nice for someone who is gluten free. I wouldn’t wait more than 10 minutes. The service seems like they don’t want to be there. We sat on the second floor, the chefs don’t cook in front of you like on the first floor, someone brings it to your table and cooks it for you unenthusiastically. The room is bare, nothing on the tables, you have to order everything in line and can’t add more once sitting down. I don’t recommend it, Chibo Okonomiyaki is much better and you have more selection of drinks, and the condiments are on your table. For example I like adding more bonito flakes but there was no option here.

*Tandoori chicken and charred cabbage cheese curry
Kokumaro coconut soup
Spiciness 30 (extremely spicy)
Topping Natto
*Pistachio pudding
*Bone-in chicken and 7 types of vegetable curry
crispy chicken
rich tomato soup
Spicy level 6 (very spicy)
Topping: burnt cheese
*Rich terrine matcha
Tandoori chicken and charred cabbage cheese curry
Topped with natto and ordered for maximum spiciness. The viscosity of Kokamaro coconut soup is quite high. Is it because of the 30 spiciness? When ordering, the girl at the store said, ``Sa, sa, 30 spicy? ? ” and a manga-like reaction lol
The charred cabbage roasted using a burner has an even sweeter flavor. The tandoori chicken is an authentic dish that has been marinated well and has a lot of flavor. Despite the spiciness that dominates everything, the cooking method and basic cooking are exquisite, and each and every ingredient is extremely delicious. I don't know if there is a tandoori oven, but this tandoori chicken has an outstanding taste. The coconut soup and tandoori chicken go well together. It's delicious even though it's so spicy that it melts your brain.
Bone-in chicken and 7 types of vegetable curry
Your companion orders it. In addition to crispy bone-in chicken, there are lotus roots, pumpkin, carrots, green peppers, broccoli, and potatoes. The soup is a rich tomato soup with a spiciness level of 6. Topped with charred cheese, the fruity sourness of the tomatoes and the deep sweetness of the onions really bring out the sweetness of the other vegetables. The complex spices such as cumin and cinnamon are added, and the secret ingredient, mango chutney, creates a roundness. Deliciousness with concentrated flavor and richness. The chicken is fragrant and has a crispy texture. The meat is perfectly tender and is a very elaborate dish. The large vegetables are cooked to just the right amount of heat and retain their freshness. A dish that shows the high level of cooking technique.
pistachio pudding
There are various sweets using pistachios, but pudding is quite rare. A pudding with an extremely rich flavor and smooth texture, made with generous amounts of carefully selected Italian pistachio beans. The sourness of the berries accentuates the flavor, and you can eat it in no time. A must-try for pudding lovers.
Rich terrine matcha
A super popular sweet that can be said to be the store's signature menu. A luxurious terrine made with matcha from Shimokita Tea Garden Daisen, run by the owner who holds the highest tea master qualification in Japan. The contrast between the milkiness of the white chocolate and the bittersweet matcha is wonderful. Add the homemade matcha salt that comes with it for a more mature taste. This is an artistic sweet.
It was delicious and I finished it.
“202 Curry-do” is a soup curry and sweets shop that will open in December 2021. The owner of the shop, which quickly became popular, is Mr. Hori, who is from Hokkaido. A talented person who trained at a soup curry restaurant for 13 years. The location is on the 2nd floor of Seijo Ishii near the Shimokitazawa West Exit of the Inokashira Line. The interior of the store is decorated with houseplants and dried flowers, creating a modern and calm atmosphere. There are three types of self-serve water: pink mixed berry water, pale yellow lemon water, and regular water.
There are two types of curry soups to choose from: rich tomato and dark coconut, and the spiciness ranges from 0 to 30. Rice is usually large, small, or absent. There is also a curry called ``combination curry'' where you can choose your own original toppings, with a rough calculation of more than 1,200 combinations. The curry seemed to have an average level of spice. The best balance of harmony with the flavor of the handmade ingredients. You can also adjust the spiciness quite finely. And the sweets are also top notch. Our homemade soup curry is carefully prepared and pasteurized for each order. Original gluten-free sweets made with artistic and carefully selected ingredients. I am satisfied that LGBTQ people of all ages are supported. Not only for soup curry, but also as a cafe, it's very attractive and you'll want to come back again and again. A restaurant that is totally wonderful in terms of taste, atmosphere, service, attention to detail, facilities, etc.
Highly recommended.

The pork literally melted in my mouth. Actually first time when the broth didn't make my stomach heavy for being too greasy. I'm curious about what goes in the soup stock and cooking methods here. The seasoning was perfect and the soup makes one crave something even more. The amount of green onion was perfect and goes so well with the ramen. Just delicious.
Heck who cares about customer service when the food is good and affordable. Great for quick bite to eat in cold weather.
They have gluten free noodle, but sadly maybe the broth isn't gluten free because I still got reaction. Or maybe it's not lactose free, but is it normal to add milk in the soup stock? Maybe the stock is gluten free and I got delayed reaction from somewhere. I'm not too sure...maybe I wouldn't recommend this place for wheat allergist or sensitive celiac. But, it was delicious.
Enjoy a vibrant vegan spot with a full menu and unique desserts, all in a bright and inviting ambiance that makes dining delightful.

I was very happy!
It’s hard to believe that the pasta noodles are gluten-free.
It was delicious, so I visited the manufacturer and was shown the product, and it turned out to be organic gluten-free pasta.
I don't think it was written as organic on the menu, so it may change again, but I felt that they were particular about it, even though it was probably quite expensive compared to similar products.
It's vegan, gluten-free, healthy, and reasonably priced, so it's become my favorite restaurant.

One of the best experiences I've had ever having a meal across the world! Tucked away in a little alley in Kyoto I was reading on google this place had some amazing Udon along with amazing surface which did not disappoint!
It may look closed because its tucked away but it is not don't worry!
We got the venison soba which Is 100% buckwheat and gluten free! The owner explained all of this through one of the best pocket translators I've ever seen! Follow his instructions to eat it in the best way possible so it compliments your palate! After we had the amazing venison Soba he told us to leave some broth, so he could make a porridge which was even better! The whole meal was DELICIOUS!
It was quiet which added to ambiance and made it a very personal experience.
The owner/chef is one of the best, and most memorable people we came across during our 2 week trip in Japan. The fact he takes the time to explain how to eat the amazing dish properly , and puts his love into it makes a huge difference. Such a kind man!
I hope to visit this place again when we inevitably visit japan again someday 🙌🏽.

I had sukiyaki for lunch. In addition to the two types of meat, the shoulder loin and lean meat, even the supporting characters, such as the thin and elastic konjac and the chewy and flavorful wheat gluten, were especially delicious. Raw eggs are also delicious! To finish off the meal, we served egg toji which contained finely chopped garland chrysanthemum stems over rice.
