Amazing food! From the Ham and Apple Panini with brown sugar cinnamon mayo and the sweet potato mash to the Greek Quinoa salad with homemade hummus and lemon dill sauce to the Double Chocolate Cake- everything was scrumptious and fresh. I especially appreciated that everything was or could be gluten-free. Not just “switch to cheap gluten free bread” but rich, flavorful cuisine that is intentionally inclusive for vegans and gluten free folks. The service was attentive and the atmosphere lends itself to conversation. Definitely on our list to visit again!

Julia went out of her way to find someone to check on gluten free cinnamon donuts for me. I really appreciate her help! This was the only place I could find this brand. Everyone has always been so friendly and they know what customer service should look like! Thank you!
This spot offers a build-your-own experience with a variety of options, but longtime fans may miss the charm of its predecessor.

Doesn't compare to Mongos. It's a big corporation that bought out a family owned company. The food selection has been minimized quite a bit. If you're new to town, it's fine. If you're looking for the fast food version of mongos this is it. The waitress was kind and cheerful. The noodles are like soggy, bland spaghetti. The rice doesn't make much sense. One bowl of white rice came out and our entire table looked at it confused.
That being said, they do accommodate quite nicely for gluten free and if you're a body builder I would recommend. All you can eat and you can just stack up on protein.
But if you grew up here looking for the "mongos" experience, you will be disappointed.
Enjoy a lively spot with a diverse menu, relaxed outdoor seating by a pond, and great vibes perfect for any occasion!

I'm relatively new to the gluten free experience and when we asked about gluten free items the waitress was very knowledgeable and remembered to have my salad come with no croutons when I forgot. Always love coming here and it was a great birthday dinner!

Love this place for quiet space and excellent food/drink. I'm an omnivore, but love the default gluten free options in quiche crust and mini bundt cakes. So delicious!
Experience a unique culinary spot with fresh, flavorful dishes and generous portions that keep locals coming back for more!

I don't go to restaurants that often, but tried Arroy last week for the first time with take out and it was fantastic. Everything was made fresh and was incredibly flavorful and delicious. The portion sizes were great. I like that they clearly mark gluten free on the menu . This is a one of a kind restaurant you won't find anywhere else in the world! 5/5 stars.
My husband and Son took me out for my birthday it was the first time in 47 years since coming to Red Lobster. The food was great and there were many gluten free options, also the service was excellent. A big thanks to the young man for making my birthday a great one.
They are great for people with celiac! Everything gets cleaned off and prepared in the back with fresh ingredients! The staff is wonderful and take extreme precautions to prevent cross contamination!
Families love this spot for its tasty, budget-friendly large pizzas with generous toppings, making it a top choice in the St. Cloud area.

Always a family goto so much better than domino's flavor and cost wise. Even has a Gluten-friendly pizza which is perfectly delicious. It I'd even preferred in our household with teens and Littles over the not gluten friendly. In addition to tasting amazing and the cost being so great the Gluten-friendly pizza is actually the size of the other pizzas not the mini ones provided at other shops.
Great food! Only thing I feel they should not charge you additional on if you choose fried rice or noodles, for people that can not tolerate rice should not get charge additional to order the Asian noodles! I feel they should also have more variety in gluten free foods as well, I do like that they don't have an over abundance of msg's. Great place 😊
First, the line was filthy, but we had been driving for 6 hours and were starving. I hesitantly asked for two bowls, Gluten-Free for Celiac. He had no idea what to do, so I asked him to wash his hands and called over the shift leader.
The shift leader said, "Everything here has gluten in it. Wait, what's gluten?"
Knowing this was not going well, we started to walk out when the shift leader confrontationally stated yelling at us... 😳
The food, the music, the ambiance, everything was amazing about this place. My gluten-free Peach and shrimp sweet chili pizza was amazing. My mother loved her Burger as well.
We loved it and will be back! I had the house mix and it was great. The service was amazing. There is no alcohol. I have celiac disease and had no issue. Go here!
Expect a welcoming vibe with a dedicated owner who goes the extra mile to ensure a great time, even during quieter hours.

I am a celiac (gluten free) and I have been able to eat here safely for two years!! We have consistently amazing experiences with both delicious food and top-notch service. I am writing this review tonight specifically because we came to happy hour at 9:30 tonight and a lot of folks were headed out because it was slow. The owner himself stayed and made our food (even specially due to my dietary restrictions). I can’t say how amazingly appreciative we are about it especially because my dining options at this time of night are limited. If you are stopping by definitely swing by this place! Thank you Hajime folks 👏👏👏
A top spot for diverse dietary needs, ensuring a variety of options for those with allergies and special diets.

The Good Earth Food Co-op is a great place to shop for special diets. In our family we have gluten, dairy, and corn allergies and we have friends with other allergies as well. I'm always confident I'll be able to find food to fit our needs when I shop at the co-op.
Amazing pizza that locals rave about, with unique crust options and standout mozzarella sticks, though the vibe might not be for everyone.

From out of town. The gluten free pizza crust tastes like the cardboard it came in. The cheese has no flavor as well. Also overpriced and one of our pizzas came uncut, simple mistake but very frustrating since it cost so much and we are in a hotel room, which makes cutting the pizza difficult to impossible. I don't know how people like this place.
Really good food. The gluten-free shrimp tacos were a real treat.
Although the food was good,we thought about leaving when we saw the amount of dust hanging from the ceiling fan and other decorations.
Pizza tastes great! I got the gluten free crust and it exceeded my expectations. The people I was with got the meat pizza with NY style and they loved it too.
A charming walk-up spot featuring picnic tables and fun candy-eyed treats that make for a delightful snack break with fantastic twisties and shakes.

Cute walk-up ice cream shop with picnic tables, umbrellas, and lots of delicious treats, including twisties, shakes, sundaes, floats, pup cups, and more. We each tried the namesake twisty, in Snickers, wild cherry, and pineapple, and they were all delicious. Plenty of gluten-free options. Kids sizes (and some other items) come with cute candy eyes as shown on their photos. However, you can ask for them like we did - they were kind enough to add them for us as we had picked the place for the candy eyes seen in the photos. It's a cute novelty.
This was a great shop of wonderful staff members wanting to give back to the community. Wonderful cookies and wonderful people. They do have gluten free cookies online, so shop ahead if you can. Clean facility. Easy parking. And local Chamber members! If your day sucked, have a cookie.
Cute little coffee spot! They had gluten free options and the coffee was delicious! My friend swears by this spot and she was right! Happy I could experience it for myself!
This spot shines with a modern vibe and an updated menu, making every visit a fresh and inviting experience.

recently had an amazing dining experience at Copper Kitchen in St. Cloud, Minnesota. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented—each dish was a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds! I had the pastrami Benedict and My Son had the jalapeño popperstack skillet. The jalapeño poppers are breaded in house and absolutely delicious. Not like anything I’ve had in this town before. The service was friendly and truly attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.
they also gluten free bread which is really wonderful because not a lot of places don't in town.
A special shout-out goes to our server, Kallie. Her attentive care and warm personality really enhanced our meal, and she went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. The entire restaurant is spotlessly clean, and the new remodel has transformed the space into a modern and inviting atmosphere.
I highly recommend Copper Kitchen to anyone looking for a great meal paired with exceptional service. I can’t wait to visit again!
Incredible ambiance and standout flavors make this spot a must-visit, even if it leans on the pricier side compared to local options.

The food and ambiance here is phenomenal. I highly recommend this place. The flavor is so good. It's more expensive than most Mexican places around in this area, but absolutely worth it. Most of the sauces and dishes are made gluten free, so if you want gluten, you need to request the wheat tortillas.
