Excellent restaurant with lots of gluten free options but the pizza is amazing. Besides the high quality food the service is top of the notch, even in a busy January afternoon. Highly recommended

I’m coeliac. My partner is not. She tried my pizza and said both the GF and none taste the same. We then both agreed they are the best pizzas we’ve ever had! Amazing and to top it off the staff are so friendly. Highly recommend!!!

Great service and delicious food. They immediately asked if anyone needed gluten free menu as soon as we were seated, then they changed my place mat, cutlery and cup so that all staff could see. Everything was gluten free except the ravioli.

Not a positive experience, the pasta arrived lukewarm, perhaps the sauce had been taken from the fridge and cooled the pasta, you could count 9 pieces of bacon in a large plate of pasta. The gluten-free pasta was so al dente, you couldn't eat it. In the side room you are left to your own devices, you have to go in search of staff.
Hidden gem near the Pantheon, this place offers generous portions and a cozy vibe, perfect for a delicious meal in the heart of Rome.

Skip this place. GF pasta was worse than what we get in the US. GF gnocchi was rubbery and not good. Also my plate of fettuccini came out with a *clump* of hair which they told me was mine - but agreed to remake the dish. My family is not picky eaters but would say to stay away from this restaurant.
Modern industrial vibes with high ceilings create a cozy atmosphere, while a diverse menu offers delicious options and unique desserts to enjoy.

I have been coming here for some time and I definitely want to give 5 stars because overall coming here is very pleasant. There are also many gluten-free and vegetarian dishes, so that everyone can enjoy the company of their friends without giving up, and this is to be praised. The guys who serve the tables are all very kind and knowledgeable and the dishes overall are tasty and plentiful. If I really have to comment on the food and find nitpicking, perhaps gluten-free pasta needs to be reviewed a little, but I'm not talking about the dish itself, which is always good anyway, but I'm talking about the quality of the pasta used... It always tends to break a little and have a certain consistency that isn't exactly fantastic. In any case, this is a small thing that absolutely won't ruin dinner. Last thing I want to say, but not least, is that Lievito has remained one of the few places in Rome where you can eat WELL without having to take out a mortgage, and this is absolutely commendable, given the tendency of some restaurants to charge gold for food of often dubious quality.
I recommend booking.
A clean and lively spot with varied menus, spacious seating, and a welcoming vibe, perfect for families and groups, but book ahead on weekends.

I believe it is the third place that inherits the experience of the first Addo Masto which was in the Mercati Generali area. Excellent pizza dinner with choice of dough and with almost all pizzas and some fried foods available gluten-free. Attentive and helpful service. Venue with various rooms of various sizes. Not a lot of parking nearby, a little more on via del Serafico. Average prices.

We had a fine experience here. Good wine. I enjoyed the sea bass and my partner got pasta, which she liked a lot. I have celiac but I wasn’t in the mood for pasta for pizza so didn’t ask much about the gluten free cross contact precautions since my food was gluten free (they did appropriately acknowledge when I said I have celiac). A little pricey but not terrible.
Enjoy a lively atmosphere with a varied menu in a cozy setting, where the attention to quality and customer experience truly shines.

It was so great being able to come to this place and feel so safe regarding gluten free. My daughter and I both have Celiac and the whole menu was our oyster. We did go with pizza as we were so excited to be able to order it without worries. It tasted great, as did the regular pizza for my other daughter. All of it for such a great price!

What an amazing place for lunch. Food was really tasty but what really made it for us was the service honestly would give more stars for service if we could.
Our little boy got upset inside after our food arrived and the staff quickly found us a table outside and moved all or food outside really lovely staff couldn't fault them.
Noticed that they had a good choice of gluten free food didn't affect us on this trip but we have booked marked the restraunt for when we are back next year with our daughter.
The salmon was amazing perfectly cooked would highly recomend.
The views outside stunning a lovely place for lunch and cant wait to be back

Pizza is among the best in the area, even gluten-free pizza, which is not easy to avoid making it rubbery, it's a shame that it has recently raised the prices slightly, as unfortunately have other restaurants, and partly reduced the portions. However, I highly recommend it.

Visited here because of recommendations on the app about Gluten Free. they have a great selection of options. pasta, pizza, pastry etc. they also have an app which you can change the language to check menu items. This helps know your options before ordering. The staff are also able to communicate in English which is great

Truly a great point of reference for spending a lunch or an evening with friends. The staff who work tirelessly are kind, helpful and friendly. The pizza is really good and with the possibility of gluten-free dough. Parking right in front of the venue. The owner then, Mr. Alessandro, truly a great gentleman.

On a hot day at the end of April we stopped here for lunch, kindly welcomed and served by the staff despite the massive influx of tourists. The table wasn't very comfortable but given the crowd (and there were 6 of us without a reservation) they did what they could. My husband was able to have various gluten-free choices, and enjoyed an excellent carbonara: the staff was informed and ready for every need. A truly great experience, well done!

If you’re looking for a true dining experience, this food is truly next level. My wife and I stayed in Rome for a week and found this place, literally the best Italian food we ate all week. It’s counter service which is nice if you get sick of waiting for a bill to come. My wife is gluten free and I kid you not, the gluten free noodles tasted INCREDIBLE! Basically tasted the exact same as the regular noodles. Everyone there was SOOO nice and friendly!! If you want great food, this is the place to come.
Oh and the tiramisu! SOOO GOOD!!

A certainly particular and interesting place, ideal for those who are curious to try a vegan and revisited version of Roman cuisine. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff courteous, with a menu that offers creative and unusual dishes.
However, it is right to point out some aspects to take into consideration:
- The portions are not particularly large, so if you are very hungry it may not be the most filling choice.
- The variety for those with gluten intolerances is rather limited, and many dishes are contaminated, making it unsuitable for celiacs.
- Some flavors may not suit the taste of those who have a very traditionalist idea of Roman cuisine.
Overall, a good experience for those who love to experiment, less suitable for those looking for the classic Roman "grandmother's" dish. Recommended for lovers of alternative and plant-based cuisine. 🌱
This bustling spot offers a diverse menu and quick service, plus a lovely outdoor area with stunning views—perfect for a laid-back meal.

We chose this little restaurant in the center for the possibility of eating dishes for celiacs. As first courses we chose pasta carbonara, amatriciana and lasagna. The gluten-free pasta was too al dente, almost raw. I opted for a slice of beef. Unfortunately I had requested medium cooking for the meat but they brought it overcooked. However, after pointing it out, they prepared another cut, this time well cooked.
Quaint and charming, this cozy spot offers a unique twist on classic dishes, perfect for a relaxing evening or a charming date night.

A perfectly medium meal. It was all edible. Yes, they do gluten free but no, it will not be the best you’ve ever had. The aubergines in the melanzane were tough and chewy. The courgettes in the grilled veg smelled mouldy and were not enjoyable. The mixed fried fish was acceptable. House wine was very good and the ambience lovely. I guess it’s still very much on the tourist trail so you can’t expect too much authenticity.
