Truly amazing meal. Fresh, great taste, excellent service, and fantastic drinks. My mom is celiac and enjoyed the risotto and I had the bison meatball pasta. You will not be dissapointed with the flavor and fresh products.

These are the best bagel sandwiches ever. We went twice on our trip it was so delicious. The gluten free bagels were tender, and didn't have any weird texture as most gluten free products do. The customer service was excellent and everyone was super kind.

Our server was excellent, very attentive and kind also funny and engaging. Everyone went above and beyond to get us a perfect seat for our night out. My wife is celiac and it is very hard to find a place that she can safely eat at and has excellent food and Service. This place is hard to beat in Canmore. I'd recommend it to anyone, especially with allergies.

I picked up a gluten free crust pizza (paying an additional $5 for it) and was disappointed. The toppings were minimal and the pizza luke warm. The crust was slightly more than a cracker. I have had much better GF pizza with a considerably lower purchase price.

Ok place for a quick bite and delicious coffee. Went here because they claim to make gluten free modifications. Was disappointed with what those modifications were. They didn’t have gluten free bread, or wouldn’t do breakfast burritos into gluten free because they were already “pre packaged”. I got the breakfast sandwich which was truly the most simple sandwich I’ve ever had. It was ok. Not terrible or not the best. The “hash browns” are regular breakfast potatoes with no flavor. They only were a bit crispy but either way I wouldn’t recommend this place for a breakfast unless you need something quick. The coffee was delicious . The service was great. Edit to address the business confusion: I don't have a gluten sensitivity, my wife does. When I review places for gluten modifications it's because we're eating out together and I need to take her restrictions into account.

Was a buzzing place. Not that much seating so there is a wait. Food was tasty. A little on the spicy side. Gluten free options available. Tacos are mixed flour and corn flour. For gluten free they prepare corn tortillas.

We were looking for a late night dinner spot on our last night in Canmore and this place did not disappoint. Wonderfully crafted cocktails and simple but well executed food. I ordered the steak frites and my girlfriend got the gluten free fish and chips. My steak was cooked perfectly and her fish and chips were crispy and delicious. We both ordered the same cocktail, The East Tea, which was made with Japanese whisky and green tea. It was delicious, refreshing and heavy on the whisky, which we appreciated lol. The atmosphere was great, we sat outside and enjoyed the music selection as well. All in all it was a great experience and a place we will definitely come back too when in the area.

Uneven. I guess it deppends who is cooking. Sometime is to die for, sometimes it is "meh". If you are ordering the delivery, be aware of $5 delivery fee and also you can't skip tip option💁🏼‍♀️ So your lunch might cost you +/-$30 Servings are so, so. Good thinkg- 90% of their menu is gluten free.

My husband booked Ankor for our anniversary dinner, and I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant and our experience. From the moment that we walked in the service was outstanding and the atmosphere left nothing to be desired. It was cozy, unique, welcoming, with beautiful decor including a plant wall. The staff was amazing, from the manager (Paisley) to our waitress (Barbara) to the bartender (he made the best Caesar I may have ever had) to the chef (Danny). All of them were incredibly good at their job. My husband is celiac and this was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a restaurant regarding gluten free. They were so knowledgeable, and it did not negatively affect his experience at all. He was still able to eat most everything, and the accommodations they made to some of the food did not at all affect the taste or quality, which takes talent. The food was incredible. And honestly, for the amount of food and drinks, and the quality of it all, I thought the prices were actually very reasonable. We will be back many times!!

We discovered this hidden gem when we tried their gluten-free slices on sale at Trailhead Café in Lake Louise, and were then delighted to discover their kitchen was right near our apartment in Canmore. This isn’t a café, or even really a takeaway, but a kitchen from where you can buy meals to reheat back home, or various treats. And it’s all magnificent. Great food, great price, and just about all of it is gluten free – an absolute godsend if you’re celiac and away from home. No need to cook, or even shop at the supermarket – just drop in here, stock up and reheat.

We held our wedding reception at the restaurant. It was the most beautiful day. Abraham was amazing to deal with and very accommodating. We kept in contact a year up to the wedding day. We did the buffet with yummy chicken and a chef run prime rib carving station, it was delicious, everyone was so happy with the food. My new sister in law, unfortunately has a dairy and gluten allergy, they completely accommodated her. She was ecstatic. They made us a special grapefruit ginger margarita, just for that day. It was like heaven. A huge shout out to Chef Abraham, Amal, Saif, Keith, Chef Romal and the rest of the amazing back of house staff. We are truly so happy with how everything went. You helped in making our day so special.

A dear friend took me for dinner to Sauvage, and I enjoyed every part of the meal! From the moment we sat down until we left, we were presented with course after course of interesting, delicious, with delicate flavours and textures that I’d never had the opportunity to sample before. The tart was my favorite, and the burnt birch sauce that was served with my meal was absolutely delicious. The service was fantastic and excellent recommendations were made being celiac, my meal was accommodated easily and that doesn’t happen very often for me. Thank you, for making my first experience at Sauvage so memorable . I’ll be back, with friends!

The food was tasty, just not what we expected. Steak sandwich and chips came as a whole steak on top of garlic bread (almost a sandwich!). The service was friendly but very slow. Not many gluten free options at all. Would return on a less busy day for quicker service.

Overall good place. Doesn't have a huge variety of other options for vegetarians or gluten sensitive folks. Prices are pretty high and our waitress was not very friendly or accommodating. The other staff were lovely and even ran down the street to retrieve sunglasses that were lost by someone else in my group. Good overall option to stop in when in Canmore.

Our experience at Tank310 was disappointing. The server hardly came around, never filled our waters or asked if we needed anything or wanted any more drinks. We had to wait a while for service in general and was not super helpful or accommodating with my gluten free dietary restriction (newly diagnosed celiac). I know that their menu says they cannot guarantee that there won’t be cross contamination, but overall they advertise gluten friendly bun options which lead us to believe the fillings would be gluten free. When I asked, I found out none of the available handhelds were gluten free even with the gluten free bun. Instead of offering a different sauce or option, I was told the only thing I was able to order for a meal was chicken wings. I did end up ordering their salad with chicken ($19+$9). It was mostly lettuce and not worth the price. Overall Tank310 needs to be more transparent with their menu or more accommodating with their options because we would never have gone if we had known.

To start I love the Rose and Crown. I have had many good nights here but here is what you need to know: 1.the menu is not celiac friendly. We asked the server how they cook the food to ensure it does not mix he didn’t know how it worked, it took 20 minutes for him to provide us with an answer which we all know means there is no process to cooking for celiac’s. 2. No interest in catering to kids: they had a special on which included a DJ (who was great!) but it was too loud to talk. Looking around there were families, and groups eating not partying. I asked to turn it down and they 3. My own opinion: I have had many a great night here and will be back but these bartenders need to get off their high horse and cater to the customers and not themselves. Cheers!

Stopped in for coffee and had a great chat with our barista Dillon (sorry if we didn’t spell it correctly). Our lattes were delicious and beautiful! They carry gluten free oat milk (Oatly) too. The market was well organized and had several great food options.

I absolutely loved this restaurant! They went above and beyond to accommodate vegan and gluten-free options, and every dish was flavorful and beautifully prepared. The staff was attentive and welcoming, making the experience even better. We were so impressed that we’ve chosen them to cater our son’s wedding, and we couldn’t be more excited. If the catering is anything like the meal we had, it’s going to be phenomenal! Highly recommend this place for both dining and events.

It was our first time visiting and my wife is Celiac so going out for breakfast is usually very scary. The waitress did an amazing job making sure my wife did not order anything that could be contaminated and guaranteed that her food would all be pan fried. The food was absolutely amazing, eggs were cooked perfectly and there is no way anyone is leaving hungry. We are very much looking forward to trying the one in Calgary soon. The open concept with all of the windows and exposed beams really made the space feel cozy and warm. Can't wait to come back.

This is a gem in Canmore. Excellent choices in the deli for fresh sandwiches and a daily lunch special. Plus fresh meat including steaks that are among the best you will find anywhere in Alberta. Lots of meal options and as a celiac I appreciate all the gluten free items. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Good coffee and breakfast items too. I've also used the 24/7 vending machine which has come in handy. Lots of sausages and bacon options that are perfect for grilling and camping season. Love the 10% customer appreciation day discount on the 1st Monday of each month and monthly specials help us put new items in our fridge and freezer.

Ordered a gluten free black forest cake for our moms birthday. The cake was dry and seemed like something went wrong in the baking process. We contacted the bakery and they were extremely professional and made the situation right quickly. We would happily gjve it another go with high hopes! 5 stars based on service since we haven't tried again to rate the product.

Small and authentic ramen shop in around the heart of downtown Canmore. I would say their specialty is tonkatsu ramen as their special ramens feature it heavily. I had their namesake Arashi ramen and was fantastic. They also have rice noodles for a gluten free dining experience.

Amazing atmosphere and if you need someone to make you smile, ask to be seated in Steph’s area! I love having a waitress who makes your day! She’s someone who’s passionate about customer service and that’s hard to find nowadays. The food was great and they have many accommodations for gluten sensitive people. This was a perfect spot for dinner after our hike up nearby Yates mountain, just 10 minutes away We had a larger party (12) and the owner was working all on his own, yet he managed to keep our drinks full, accommodate dietary restrictions (one of our party members was celiac), and provide us with recommendations. The only thing he didn't have was a plentiful supply of cold beer, but we certainly made due with the choices available and they came served with an ice cold glass, which was a nice touch! . The food was delicious and inspired by Indian cuisine. We had tandoori pizza that had just the right amount of spice and the seafood linguini, which had perfectly cooked juicy shrimp and mussels. This is a small place in dead man's flats that could easily be overlooked, but I hope this review will encourage others to give it a chance! It's well worth the stop and it's also one of the few places that will take a large reservation on a Saturday evening in the Canmore area. Thanks to the owner for his hard work and hospitality!
