We just had the most incredible experience for dinner. I have celiac and I’m allergic to nuts so it was truly amazing to eat at a nut free and gluten free restaurant! While it is pricey, it is well worth it. Everything was incredible and the service was great. I would not think twice about going here. We even brought our kids who were very happy with the great kids menu.

Good value and decent food compared to restaurants nearby. Seating is allocated quickly even though there is a line, as food is pumped out super quick. 10-15 min waiting in peak 7:30 time on a Saturday. Has a gluten free menu which is useful

Served nuts to an allergy sufferer + no longer safe for gluten-free! I came here for Father’s Day lunch because I’d heard it was good for dietaries, but it was a stressful experience. The waiter seemed to struggle to understand my allergies (gluten + nuts) and kept bringing contradictory info from the kitchen. They brought me a noodle dish with peanuts on top. The food itself was decent and the noodles were nice, if very very sweet. Came back a second time hoping it’d be better for dinner, and maybe the first time was a one-off, but they advised that due to cross contamination, no dishes are GF. The online menu remained GF so I was very disappointed and had to leave. It’s a real shame when restaurants do this - if they kept to good protocols they’d have a steady stream of GF people as it’s really hard for us to find places to eat.

Absolutely delicious. We’ve had home delivery before and knew the food was good but the cauliflower especially delicious. My only slight biggie was a bit of an attitude from one staff member when I asked for a gluten free menu. Other than that and every other staff member, we had a delicious ( sorry to overuse the word) meal

I previously had a great experience at NOPI but was disappointed this time. Service was super spotty. Lots of staff standing around but not serving or looking at the guests. We were downstairs and it felt like they didn’t want to serve our table or that we were in a different restaurant. It took over 20 minutes to get a taster of a wine before ordering. We ordered the food while waiting & the arancini came out within minutes of ordering which was strange & we hadn’t even got the drinks yet. I put my allergy on the booking yet they still asked about it & then took time to get the gluten free menu. When asking for advice for the food quantity the waiter was super unbothered and unhelpful. Very disappointing as it ruined the overall experience. Some of the food was still super delicious like the fritter & the chicken.

One of the best vegan restaurants in London. The food is always delicious and high quality. The service is also very welcoming and is good. Atmosphere and decor are nice. Good gluten free options. Highly recommend the satay shiitake and tofu skewers, the tom kha, the vegan fish and the massaman.

Service was inattentive. One of our party has a gluten intolerance, response for the waiter was to get the manager who just nonchalantly said, we can't serve you. Awesome! Hot dishes were served luke warm. Sushi was average. Would have sent most of it back but was a work event so wasn't my cash, thank God!

The staff was amazing. We had a great time joking around with them and they were very attentive. The broccoli dish was also really tasty and flavorful. All the other food, especially for the price, was a bit meh. It was good, but not spectacular. They do have a gluten free menu which was great and they even offer gluten free soy sauce! Our waiter Ray was so friendly and fun to chat with.

We’re quick to write reviews when things go wrong, but I don’t think people get into the finer details when something is truly exceptional. We were incredibly lucky to snag a last-minute reservation here, especially since it's booked months in advance (unsurprising given the exclusivity—just six seats!). From the moment we arrived, we felt like VIPs, whisked through a secret curtain into what felt like London’s best-kept culinary secret. It was intimate and special, without the pretentiousness you sometimes get at high-end spots. The ambience immediately transported us to Japan, and the chef made us feel at ease. He introduced us to the evening’s 15 course menu with such passion, walking us through the incredible quality of the ingredients. One standout moment was hearing how his team traveled to Oaxaca, Mexico, to personally source rare, seasonal ingredients used to make their powders and sauces. This attention to detail made the experience feel even more exclusive. I’ve been fortunate enough to dine at some of the best restaurants around the world, but this experience topped them all. I usually find that when chefs try to blend cuisines, it can feel forced, but here, the subtle infusion of Mexican elements was so seamlessly integrated into the traditional omakase experience. It never took away from the authenticity—it enhanced it. One of my personal highlights was the “taco” served on a rice paper leaf, followed closely by the generous “caviar bump.” The sommelier’s wine pairings were equally impressive, especially one wine that had been finished underwater, complete with coral still attached to the bottle—an unforgettable touch. And on top of all this, the restaurant offers the only omakase experience that’s entirely sustainable, nut-free, and gluten-free. It’s simply mind-blowing. The wait to get in is well worth it, and it won’t be long before this place earns a Michelin star. If you can get a reservation, do it now. I feel incredibly lucky to have experienced it and can’t wait to return. Huge thanks to Akiko and the Juno Omakase team —what a remarkable evening.

Dining and traveling as a family with two members who have celiac is always a challenge, but Nobu always is a highlight. Between their knowledgeable staff, good food, and ability to edit dishes, it's always an easy experience to eat here. They have gluten free soy sauce!! Crispy rice was really the only thing they can't do gluten free (although I am not celiac and it's so delicious!!). Some highlights were butter lettuce cod, spicy cream snow crab, and the sushi "cups." Highly recommend for everyone, no matter if you have dietary restrictions or not! I want to share a very disappointing experience. I called the restaurant about my order because I am gluten intolerant and asked to check on my order to ensure it’s gluten free. I ordered through deliveroo — there was no option to select or check for allergies but I checked on the restaurant website that my food can be made gluten free. It’s very challenging for me to order food because of my dietary restrictions — this is not something I chose for myself. Instead of help I was told off by the restaurant on the phone and they refused to check on my order. I spent 10 min on the phone being told that it’s not their job to check my deliveroo orders. Whereas deliveroo clearly states in the app that for any dietary requirements i need to contact the restaurant directly. Why should I experience so MUCH problems trying to order food? I was literally in distress after this experience. I will not be eating or ordering food here again. Every customer deserves respect and care.

We had a fantastic experience at Sticks’n’Sushi in Wimbledon. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional — especially thanks to our wonderful waiter, Bogdan. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great evening. As someone with a gluten allergy, I often struggle to find places where I feel confident and safe eating out. Bogdan was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, highlighting which dishes were gluten-free and ensuring I felt completely at ease. He was attentive throughout the night, checking in at just the right moments and making us feel so well looked after. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious — fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. I would highly recommend Sticks’n’Sushi to anyone in the Wimbledon area looking for a delicious meal with outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back!

A place with cool atmosphere and average food. Sadly, a very strange and rude attitude serving people with intolerances or allergies. I have a dairy and gluten intolerance. The servers told me to check a confusing online allergen menu myself with no guidance rather than answer any question about the menu. Then, we ordered the nachos with yogurt on the side, not an abnormal request. A manager literally came to us to tell us having the yogurt on the side would inherently alter the dish and they couldn't do it. I worked in hospitality for 6+ years and this is absolutely crazy. We were blown away by the arrogance of this, which seems to be decision from the chef, not the FOH. It's not haute cuisine, it's fusion nachos at a chain restaurant. Just put the yogurt on the side. Overall, food is acceptable, nothing remarkable, and the atmosphere is cool - but you would get better allergen service even at the worst of chain pubs. Would not come back.

I have a gluten allergy and Hannah went above and beyond to ensure that every course was clearly labeled and informed me in what I could or could not eat. I left London a couple of years ago and now I'm visiting for a couple of days and the first thing I go to eat is Kin's pad Thai! It's delicious and I'm so grateful they make it gluten free and can accommodate dietary restrictions in general. There are a lot of GF options. Lovely staff and atmosphere, tables are a bit close to each other but because the space is pretty small.

Great Dim Sum with a nice happy-hour offer on food and cocktails. Lots of variety. Poor Allergen Management. We were disappointed in our server. My colleague is coeliac and selected Yuzu macron on the specific Gluten-Free order sheet. Unfortunately our server brought Yuzu cake over (not even an option on the GF order sheet) and when we questioned this he tried to convince us it was a Yuzu macron and GF (it was not). It's a good job we stood our ground otherwise there could have been serious health consequences. No apology for the mistake. The server was also unsure on whether the condiments he brought to the table were suitable for coeliacs. The main issue was the severe language barrier (which would normally be okay but not when you need to get clarification on allergies). There were also a couple of other issues regarding miscommunication with our server and the dishes we had ordered.
