My family met a couple for brunch. We made reservations stating we have a child that will remain in a car seat and will need accommodations. When we were seated, the restaurant would not allow a car seat holder be placed at the table and that we would need to re-enter the waitlist for a table that would allow the the holder (a 45+ minute wait). We were told the request should have been made when we made reservations - which we did and was shown in the notes. Ultimately, we made the table work by placing the car seat on the table, limiting our own space when our food was served. After being seated, we were served our drinks quickly, but waited 20+ minutes before the waiter returned to take our orders. We are a family with food sensitivities and are diligent in ordering correctly. When our food was served, two dishes where served incorrectly - served with explicitly expressed "cannot have" options. My plate was quickly remade as it was noticed when served. The server returned to the table after a few minutes to tell my wife that her gluten free order contained gluten - my wife had already started eating. Luckily, my wife is only sensitive to gluten and not Celiac - my wife opted not to get her dish remade, but did suffer effects throughout the day due to this error. The food was fine, nothing spectacular. The lack of attention to detail from the reservation/seating to our orders was extremely upsetting. Personally, I could not wait to leave and do not see why the other couple we met like the restaurant.

Good gluten free options. They do a good job labeling the gf dishes for both dining in and takeout. Never had any issues getting sick!

LOVED LOVED LOVED! I was visiting my sister Lainey, who is a regular and raves about Cooper's. We did a wonderful tasting to start and was very impressed by the knowledge and guidance of the staff. We then sat for dinner. I asked what's good? EVERYTHING was her reply. She was right! I ordered the chicken piccata with a side of asparagus and ate every bite. My sis is gluten free, so I tried GF bread for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised. YUM! Cooper's is first on my list when I visit again.

I walked in and was greeted nicely and promptly. We had a reservation and were sat immediately. My date had a cranberry mojito and I was very pleased to see Prairie Path on tap, a great gluten free option! The music was awesome, the patio was comfy. No complaints! Were definitely coming back to visit the bar next week!

We had a great experience here. We had friends in town from all over, and 12 of us wanted to find a place we could get into for dinner together. Donny was engaging and friendly on the phone when I made the reservation. When we showed up for dinner the table was ready and Donny came over multiple times to check and make sure everything met our expectations. The service was friendly and efficient, everyone loved their meals, and the bang for the buck feels high here. Out of our party of 12, 10 people had never been to a Francesca's, and everyone made positive comments over the next few days about how great everything was. I had the Pollo Arrosto Alla Romana. It was delicious and cooked perfectly. We will be back, and definitely recommend it for groups. Good variety on the menu, nice gluten free options (not always easy at an Italian restaurant), and the service was phenomenal.

First off, let me just say the service here is amazing. Heather was my server and she was awesome, I often frequent a lot of restaurants and her service was quite the experience. She also was so funny and sweet, very witty, she just made the experience so memorable. I hope when I come back next time Heather can be my waitress again. Thank you!!! The food is amazing 😠please try those roasted sweet potatoes and the cocktails! They have a lot of good food options too if you’re allergic to gluten or soy which is a HUGE plus for me.

I heard alot about this place, that they had vegan options and I had to try. They had entire menu of Vegan options and I chose the Mexican Vegan Skillet. It was so good. I definitely will go back. It's a little hidden in the corner but it's worth going. They also have gluten free options.
