Amazing gluten free options! And not just a bun substitute or fries - (although the fries were pretty tasty- bonus that they have a dedicated gluten free fryer!) I tried the gluten free fish and chips as well as the fried calamari and was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the batter was. The tartar sauce was delicious- not sweet, very tangy which I love! And the calamari was cooked perfectly- delicate texture and not a single piece was rubbery! The fish was crispy on the outside and wonderfully flaky on the inside. Will definitely be back to try their gluten free fried chicken sandwich next!!!

I found out about this place on Happy Cow and man was it great! The menu is very diverse, the portion sizes are huge, there are lots of gluten-free options, the prices are very reasonable for what you're getting, and the service and ambience are wonderful. It's no wonder why they've won Best of the Pacific Northwest honors at least twice. Even the meat eaters would be highly satisfied. I can't wait to come back!

Honestly, I was pretty disappointed, we picked Hatch because we saw that they had an allergy aware menu as our family has some gluten and dairy allergies.
The automatic 20% gratuity means that everyone checked out and couldn't care about doing their job, or trying their best.
We waited a long time for any service, even though we were some of the only people in the restaurant, we eventually ordered everything all at once, once the server introduced herself.
Thankfully, our server understood the allergies, and we didn't have any allergy issues (which is the reason for the second star)
Everything else was terrible, and not worth the effort or the price.
The food was lackluster, the rice was overcooked and under seasoned, the meat was under seasoned, chewy, and super greasy. The service was terrible and I would have 100% considered not tipping at all I was so disappointed, and then to find out that I automatically tipped 20% was a pretty frustrating.
Won't be returning.

Overall pretty tasty food. I found the biscuit to be good, especially for a gluten free biscuit. The gravy was also good. And for ~$10 it was a decent breakfast option.
Dining partner had the regular biscuit and gravy and preferred the gluten free mushroom gravy.
Seating is outside and kind of difficult to find. You have to hover awkwardly. You have to show your id to get the food.
If you need a quick snack while in the area I’d check it out, if you are looking to get breakfast and spend some time then I’d skip it.

This was a great find for us. The drinks were perfectly made. The food was exceptional. The best part was the service. We had 1 person in our group who was Gluten-free/Siliac. The chef and manager both came out to make sure they fully understood his diet and needs. They must have nailed it. He wasn't in pain before we left the restaurant or during the remainder of our evening. How many restaurants can say they care that much to make sure they get you and your health 100%?

Eden Hill was such a a mind blowing experience. I have celiac and they took such good care of me with amazing gluten free food in a group of 4. This place has gone downhill recently. Just had Sunday brunch with 2 friends. 1 drink order was wrong. A bloody merry order came out with 80% concentrated mixer. It was visibly green and un drinkable. The “corrected” drink order was the wrong size and the replacement bloody merry order came out 15 minutes later and after our food was out. The food was mediocre at best. The sandwich we ordered with a gluten free bread substitution came out as 2 separate sandwiches on 4 pieces of gluten free bread. They separated the guts of one sandwich to make 2 crappy sandwiches for no reason we could think of. Just bizarre. Service was slow (Not unexpected for a Sunday brunch). The building is falling apart (The stairs to the bathroom are dangerous).

We went here twice during our weekend visit in Seattle because it was such a wonderful experience. The food was incredible and the service was amazing. Both nights the servers were very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Both of us needing gluten free options, we were easily able to find something that worked for us.
