We ended up at this bakery by accident today. I hadn’t ever sought it out before because of it being vegan, in my experience gluten free + vegan baked goods aren’t the best. Boy was a wrong, I had one of the best cinnamon rolls of my life here (including glutinous ones). Ordered a cake for my friend’s birthday. It was ok. The cake was gluten free cake. There was nothing exceptional about it. I asked to have Happy Birthday written on the cake and nothing was written on the cake. The website wasn’t the easiest to navigate in terms of options to pick up the cake. It was very hard to get in contact with them. I ended up constantly calling all the locations until someone picked up to change my pick up location which was automatically picked for me. I was very annoyed when I went to two locations and both were completely empty but no one was answering the phone or responding to emails. It’s a nice option if you need a gluten free cake for a special occasion, but if I wasn’t coming from out of town, I have to say that I could have made better using gluten free boxed cake mix and making a vegan icing.
The ladies at the counter were nice enough but one was new and wasn’t able to answer any questions the next location was not fully gluten free but they only held the NuFlour products in a glass case and the person working was unable to answer any questions about serving the cake.

My friend, who is severely celiac, got very sick here. They say all the food is gluten free, but that’s obviously not true. We looked up everything about this restaurant after she got sick and saw the review of some other person on this site who also got sick. They sell a lot of oats, so that’s probably why she got sick. Cross contamination. Watch out!!! For the not celiac’s, the food is good it just isn’t totally gluten free.

Excited for gluten free donuts doughnuts 🍩 I asked for what I wanted - what I should’ve done is ask for what’s fresh! Or freshest?
2 of the 6 I ordered weren’t fresh anymore. They were a little stale. And the coconut oil - which I was really excited about - had gone a little rancid. Who knew?
Maybe they should toss things out quicker? Or maybe GF don’t have the shelf stability. I will definitely be back - for the blueberry, the plain cake, and the plain + chocolate, but I may never eat coconut donut again. Also, the jelly stuffed was really brittle, dry and crumbly. I did make it in right at closing ~ 2 pm.

The cupcakes are pretty good, rarely they can be a little dense/dry but they are almost always great! I reccomend the red velvet, lemon, and soft pink extra! The quiche and almond cake are outstanding.
For a bakery they have lots of gluten free options. Not just some cupackes, but brownies, monster cookies and almond cake? Wow!
It is pricey but I'd say it is worth it. Make sure to call ahead to see what gluten free is available if you want gluten free.
