Truly amazing meal. Fresh, great taste, excellent service, and fantastic drinks. My mom is celiac and enjoyed the risotto and I had the bison meatball pasta. You will not be dissapointed with the flavor and fresh products.

I picked up a gluten free crust pizza (paying an additional $5 for it) and was disappointed. The toppings were minimal and the pizza luke warm. The crust was slightly more than a cracker. I have had much better GF pizza with a considerably lower purchase price.

Our server was excellent, very attentive and kind also funny and engaging. Everyone went above and beyond to get us a perfect seat for our night out. My wife is celiac and it is very hard to find a place that she can safely eat at and has excellent food and Service. This place is hard to beat in Canmore. I'd recommend it to anyone, especially with allergies.

We discovered this hidden gem when we tried their gluten-free slices on sale at Trailhead Café in Lake Louise, and were then delighted to discover their kitchen was right near our apartment in Canmore. This isn’t a café, or even really a takeaway, but a kitchen from where you can buy meals to reheat back home, or various treats. And it’s all magnificent. Great food, great price, and just about all of it is gluten free – an absolute godsend if you’re celiac and away from home. No need to cook, or even shop at the supermarket – just drop in here, stock up and reheat.

We held our wedding reception at the restaurant. It was the most beautiful day. Abraham was amazing to deal with and very accommodating. We kept in contact a year up to the wedding day. We did the buffet with yummy chicken and a chef run prime rib carving station, it was delicious, everyone was so happy with the food. My new sister in law, unfortunately has a dairy and gluten allergy, they completely accommodated her. She was ecstatic. They made us a special grapefruit ginger margarita, just for that day. It was like heaven. A huge shout out to Chef Abraham, Amal, Saif, Keith, Chef Romal and the rest of the amazing back of house staff. We are truly so happy with how everything went. You helped in making our day so special.

We were looking for a late night dinner spot on our last night in Canmore and this place did not disappoint. Wonderfully crafted cocktails and simple but well executed food. I ordered the steak frites and my girlfriend got the gluten free fish and chips. My steak was cooked perfectly and her fish and chips were crispy and delicious. We both ordered the same cocktail, The East Tea, which was made with Japanese whisky and green tea. It was delicious, refreshing and heavy on the whisky, which we appreciated lol. The atmosphere was great, we sat outside and enjoyed the music selection as well. All in all it was a great experience and a place we will definitely come back too when in the area.

Uneven. I guess it deppends who is cooking. Sometime is to die for, sometimes it is "meh". If you are ordering the delivery, be aware of $5 delivery fee and also you can't skip tip option💁🏼‍♀️ So your lunch might cost you +/-$30 Servings are so, so. Good thinkg- 90% of their menu is gluten free.

My husband booked Ankor for our anniversary dinner, and I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant and our experience. From the moment that we walked in the service was outstanding and the atmosphere left nothing to be desired. It was cozy, unique, welcoming, with beautiful decor including a plant wall. The staff was amazing, from the manager (Paisley) to our waitress (Barbara) to the bartender (he made the best Caesar I may have ever had) to the chef (Danny). All of them were incredibly good at their job. My husband is celiac and this was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a restaurant regarding gluten free. They were so knowledgeable, and it did not negatively affect his experience at all. He was still able to eat most everything, and the accommodations they made to some of the food did not at all affect the taste or quality, which takes talent. The food was incredible. And honestly, for the amount of food and drinks, and the quality of it all, I thought the prices were actually very reasonable. We will be back many times!!

A dear friend took me for dinner to Sauvage, and I enjoyed every part of the meal! From the moment we sat down until we left, we were presented with course after course of interesting, delicious, with delicate flavours and textures that I’d never had the opportunity to sample before. The tart was my favorite, and the burnt birch sauce that was served with my meal was absolutely delicious. The service was fantastic and excellent recommendations were made being celiac, my meal was accommodated easily and that doesn’t happen very often for me. Thank you, for making my first experience at Sauvage so memorable . I’ll be back, with friends!

Was a buzzing place. Not that much seating so there is a wait. Food was tasty. A little on the spicy side. Gluten free options available. Tacos are mixed flour and corn flour. For gluten free they prepare corn tortillas.

The food was tasty, just not what we expected. Steak sandwich and chips came as a whole steak on top of garlic bread (almost a sandwich!). The service was friendly but very slow. Not many gluten free options at all. Would return on a less busy day for quicker service.

Small and authentic ramen shop in around the heart of downtown Canmore. I would say their specialty is tonkatsu ramen as their special ramens feature it heavily. I had their namesake Arashi ramen and was fantastic. They also have rice noodles for a gluten free dining experience.

If I could give this place six days I wouldn't. This is one of the most accommodating restaurants that we could find in Canmore for gluten-free and Celiac friendly options. First of all everyone was extremely friendly here. It is limited steating as it is a small location so I would expect during Tourits season there is a long wait. I really liked that at this restaurant anything you wanted to be gluten-free could be made gluten-free besides a few things. There was nothing bad that we had but the pad ew was out of this world. Everything was hot, flavorful and well worth the money.

A cute cafe that makes an amazing almond milk latte! The view from the bar seating area is pretty nice too. Great for a quick bite, but they don’t offer gluten free options for those with dietary restrictions.

Just got the bow valley salad delivered for work.I can't eat gluten but I love eating meat ,they added pork to my meal as a polite ask and it was sooooo good! I absolutely loved this restaurant! They went above and beyond to accommodate vegan and gluten-free options, and every dish was flavorful and beautifully prepared. The staff was attentive and welcoming, making the experience even better. We were so impressed that we’ve chosen them to cater our son’s wedding, and we couldn’t be more excited. If the catering is anything like the meal we had, it’s going to be phenomenal! Highly recommend this place for both dining and events.

We came here for my sister’s birthday. Our server was very friendly and made our meal especially enjoyable. The loaded FRIES were unlike anything I’ve had anywhere else. I’m a massive fan of veggies and the sauce was awesome. The entrees were unique, which I appreciate: especially when done right! They were also very conscientious of our party’s allergies (we have both gluten and corn allergies among us). They have a big enclosed patio and the seating inside is very cute. Overall a good experience!

Waiter was very helpful with gluten free service. Even checked with the kitchen staff to make sure no cross contamination being a concern. Fish and fries was very well cooked, fish moist and fkakey. Steak done to perfection. Will definitely be back.

I ordered gluten free vegetarian pizza (delivery)and paid extra for pineapple toppings. They didn’t add pineapple at all and pizza doesn’t look like gluten free and now they are not picking up the call.

We arrived at 2pm on Tuesday and there were 6-7 tables of customers. Although there was only one server on duty at our arrival, her service was efficient and friendly. She painstakingly explained the menu to us and pointed out what items may be suitable for me as I am sensitive to gluten. We ordered Honey boneless chicken and Chicken soup with vegetables (little or no gluten), both taste fantastic and authentic.

Thanks for offering a vegan option. The beyond burger was delicious. $3 extra for gluten free bun. Overall a nice meal, just a bit pricey, however this seems to be normal across Canmore and Banff.

Overall good place. Doesn't have a huge variety of other options for vegetarians or gluten sensitive folks. Prices are pretty high and our waitress was not very friendly or accommodating. The other staff were lovely and even ran down the street to retrieve sunglasses that were lost by someone else in my group. Good overall option to stop in when in Canmore.

Amazing atmosphere and if you need someone to make you smile, ask to be seated in Steph’s area! I love having a waitress who makes your day! She’s someone who’s passionate about customer service and that’s hard to find nowadays. The food was great and they have many accommodations for gluten sensitive people. Excellent Onigiri! They were a standout. Kitchen uses gluten free soy sauce and most of the food is dairy free so great for people with insensitivity. The matcha latte is really good too. Our daughter loves the fresh bubble tea (used making fresh ingredients and with coconut milk so dairy free as well). My better half thoroughly enjoyed the matcha ice cream. We also enjoyed breakfast here and ended up visiting 3 times over our long weekend stay in Canmore and samples a good chunk of the menu and will be back! Resos recommended!

We were excited to return to this restaurant as our first visit a few years ago was very good. We, however, both felt we wouldn’t return after this meal. My spouse is Celiac and we checked their website menu for gluten free options. It did not match the current menu with very limited options. We ordered and advised of her condition. They even came to confirm other ingredients to ensure the meal would be safe. They then arrived with it and low and behold they put the naan bread (gluten) on the plate. It then brings into question their kitchen practices for a separate station or area for allergy prep etc. My dill pickle chicken was pretty good, hence my 3 star rating. Guess I’m saying, if you don’t have any special needs go ahead and you might (I won’t guarantee anything) enjoy your meal.

We had a first time visit this week. Very affordable pricing. Poke bowl had lots of veggies and fresh salmon. They were accommodating for my celiac disease and they had GF soya sauce available for no extra charge. My family enjoyed their rolls and I got a salmon and mango roll gluten free. I read the reviews after and I don't think anything was premade, but we were in the back area so I couldn't see the kitchen. Interior is fairly basic, but tidy. Server was friendly and checked-in during our meal. I left satisfied and I will return!

Absolutely need to try out!! Had unique teas served in french press infusers, followed with some of the best risotto I’ve tried. The burger was so juicy and had a high quality gluten-free bun, and cane with the best fingerling potatoes I’ve had. Finished with a decadent flourless chocolate pavé with many different flavor and texture combinations for many different experiences. And all was 25% off for haply hour 2-5pm!!
