10/10 do not recommend if you’re celiacs. There was a lot of confusion over what I could eat and what I couldn’t. They came up and told me what I ordered wasn’t gluten free 20 minutes after we ordered it, then proceeded to tell me it “actually was” 2 minutes later as they handed me our food. I took the chance and that’s on me, but the cross contamination has been brutal.

A new absolute must for my family when we come to universal! Unexpectedly reasonable prices and genuinely fantastic food that you wouldn’t normally get at a theme park. The inside atmosphere was a lovely cross between whimsical under the sea, elegant and cozy. I can’t think of anywhere else I would rather end our long (but awesome!) day. Servers were fantastic, friendly, attentive and charismatic, everything you’d want them to be. There were even great options for my mom and her gluten allergy! Only drawback is it was absolutely freezing inside. Noticeably colder than regular chilly air conditioning in the summer, and we were so uncomfortable, we asked to be moved outside (which ended up being beautiful so no real problem).

I’ve been a loyal customer of Sofrito because their food is undeniably excellent, and they offer great gluten-free options—a rarity that I appreciate. However, my recent experiences with their service and attention to detail have been increasingly disappointing, to the point where I can no longer support this establishment. Over the course of my last three orders, there have been consistent issues. On one occasion, the chimichurri was so excessively salty that it was completely inedible. On another order, I received salad but no salad dressing; most recently, my order didn’t include a salad at all. These might seem like small issues independently, but together, they point to a pattern of carelessness that’s hard to overlook, especially considering the cost of dining here. My dish alone was over $36—at that price point, I expect the details to matter. What’s even more frustrating is how poorly the management handled these issues. When I called after the chimichurri incident, I spoke to a manager who dismissed my concerns and did nothing to resolve the problem. More recently, when I called about the missing salad, they informed me that they had just started omitting salads—something a customer shouldn’t have to find out after the fact. To make matters worse, when I called again to address these repeated problems, the manager offered only a 20% credit, claiming that they couldn’t do more because they “didn’t have the item in front of them.” This response came across as dismissive and gave the impression that the manager either didn’t believe me or didn’t care to make things right. Had we been dining in the restaurant, these issues could have been corrected immediately. But as takeout customers, we’ve been left feeling disregarded and undervalued. It’s incredibly disappointing to see such a great restaurant fail so miserably at customer service and consistency. While we gave them multiple opportunities to address our concerns, nothing was adequately resolved. Unfortunately, this will be the last time we dine at Sofrito. Excellent food can only make up for so much when the service falls so short.

This restaurant was perfect for our large group! The food was very good and they were very accommodating for my mother with celiac disease. Our server was Greta and she was nothing short of incredible. She was fun, sweet and the perfect server. We absolutely loved her and would come back just for her!

Love the ice cream, we go here all the time for the vegan and gluten free options! Please make one more varieties that don’t have soy,corn,gluten, dairy, oat, our go to has always been black ash coconut and the blue one so we’d like to try something new without these allergens but delicious Thankyou!

My Celiac bf completely forgot to order his grilled cheese on a gluten free bun, but the workers here were kind enough to give it to him at no extra cost. Lovely service and amazing food. 10/10 would recommend.

Sanaa was a truly incredible experience. Our server Jonathan was on top of our every need. He had great recommendations and the food was amazing. And we could see some of the animals from our table which made a truly unique experience! We were delighted to hear the bread service we'd heard so much about had a gluten free option. The sauce for the Butter Chicken was so happy to have the naan to get it all. The giraffe cake was beautifully presented and tasted great too. This was our favorite meal on Disney properties we've had all week!

They do have gluten free buns or lettuce "buns". No lactose free stuff for their shakes though, unfortunately. Their burgers are DAMN good. I got sweet potato fries and they damn near melted in my mouth and were sooo good. My partner got the swiss burger (gluten free bun) and he loved it. It was our first time, and we will definitely be going back someday.

Happy hour flatbread and glass of wine for $12.50, and it was so GOOD! I have to be gluten free, and the rest of the table never knew the flatbread was GF, went back 2 days later with more people, even better than, the regular dinners were clean plates!

Truthfully I haven’t been to a PF Changs in a long time but I am so happy I went back. The service was really great your staff is so well trained in customer service. Jessica was our server and she guided me through the gluten free options available. When I took my first bite I had to call her over and have her verify it was gluten free. It was so good that I was in disbelief! Thank you so much ! I will be back!

Currently staying in the Wilderness Lodge and thought we would try the Whispering Canyon Cafe for dinner the other night. I told the server that I would need gluten free meal as I'm celiac, they assured me that's fine. An hour after my meal I became extremely unwell due to my food being contaminated with gluten, I spent the following day in bed unwell. The food did taste nice and had spoke about going back until we realised the food was not safe for me to eat. The staff are extremely fun and friendly in the restaurant.

Shoutout to Mohamed, our server. Hands down one of the best service experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. My 2 yr old daughter spilled her lemonade and of course he brought another, but he noticed the reason why she spilled it was because she was trying to eat the ice… so he brought a separate cup of ice for her. My wife ordered a side of apples with her kids pasta, and he overheard my daughter saying she wanted grapes instead… so he brought out grapes. You can’t teach someone to care and to have that kind of attention to detail and it was genuinely appreciated. The food was delicious. We both got the short rib. My wife has celiac and they offered to use gluten free pasta for just about every dish except the rigatoni. Thank you Mohamed and the Tony’s staff!

The staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and friendliness, making us feel right at home. The shop itself was spotlessly clean and had a cozy, inviting atmosphere that just added to the charm. Our group had the unique opportunity to learn about the doughnut-making process and hear firsthand about the life of a baker. The staff was incredibly engaging, patient, and attentive to the children, ensuring all their questions were answered. It was both fun and educational. Our little one still talks about the techniques she learned and loved decorating her own doughnut! The gluten-free and vegan doughnuts were absolutely delicious! Hands down, the best we’ve ever had; so delicious that I’d gladly drive another 45 minutes just to enjoy them again. Our little one was particularly impressed by meeting Manager Courtney. She shared with us afterward, “Usually, I only see men who are managers.” It was empowering for her to see a woman leading the team so confidently. Thank you, *The Salty*, for making our visit memorable, for your delicious doughnuts, for your wonderful staff, and for giving our daughter an experience that went beyond doughnuts! I will start with the FEW negatives. Those dam wooden chairs are HARD. The wait was LONGGGGG to be seated, as well as the food to arrive at the table. The waffle 🧇 machine was broken, and I wanted chicken and waffle. However, it was a Sunday ( a very busy day ), and it was PACKED, not to mention several guests had more than 4 in their party. Ok..... Our server is a young man named Taylor, He was TOP NOTCH!!!!!!! He knew the menu, He could answer questions without having to turn to another for the answers. ( Yes, it's ok to be new and not know ) He had a BRITE personality. Ok, the food. Shrimp 🍤 and creamy cheese grits. The reduction sauce that they are using was beautiful ( I could taste one of the old school cooking techniques that they used to make it rich ) good for them.. They are using a GOOD brand of cranberry 😋 👌🏾 juice that is not watered down or sugared up. Now, let's talk about those gluten-free banana, butter pecan pancakes, with a side of soft scrambled eggs. If you did not tell me, they were gluten-free, I would not have known it. The presentation was simple and beautiful. The taste was OUTSTANDING, The cream. The pecans. The bananas. Ohh that sauce. Go get you some people..
