A totally exciting experience. We stayed at the nearby Holiday Inn and read the reviews. From the outside we were initially put off. Everything is very simple, as is the interior. But, thank God, we still dared to do it. A really great experience! Fresh ingredients, put together as desired (alternatively, there were also ready-made recipes). You choose a base, optional meat, toppings and sauces. The portion is generous, the quality is beyond reproach and, best of all, it is a rather light meal in the USA. Special bonus: everything is gluten-free!

10/10 do not recommend if you’re celiacs. There was a lot of confusion over what I could eat and what I couldn’t. They came up and told me what I ordered wasn’t gluten free 20 minutes after we ordered it, then proceeded to tell me it “actually was” 2 minutes later as they handed me our food. I took the chance and that’s on me, but the cross contamination has been brutal.

A new absolute must for my family when we come to universal! Unexpectedly reasonable prices and genuinely fantastic food that you wouldn’t normally get at a theme park. The inside atmosphere was a lovely cross between whimsical under the sea, elegant and cozy. I can’t think of anywhere else I would rather end our long (but awesome!) day. Servers were fantastic, friendly, attentive and charismatic, everything you’d want them to be. There were even great options for my mom and her gluten allergy! Only drawback is it was absolutely freezing inside. Noticeably colder than regular chilly air conditioning in the summer, and we were so uncomfortable, we asked to be moved outside (which ended up being beautiful so no real problem).

This restaurant was perfect for our large group! The food was very good and they were very accommodating for my mother with celiac disease. Our server was Greta and she was nothing short of incredible. She was fun, sweet and the perfect server. We absolutely loved her and would come back just for her!

Don’t go here if you have any serious food allergies. I explained my anaphylactic wheat & shellfish allergy to the waitress. Ordered a burger without a bun. My burger came out with a bun on it. She assured me it’s ok because it’s gluten free. When in fact there is a possibility it is not since I don’t know the ingredient list. Hence why I ordered it without a bun. The food runner assured me it was okay he would make it right. They took my plate to the back only to just simply remove the bun and bring it back to me. I’m sure you can guess crumbs still remained on the burger. Yes, indeed they did. This place doesn’t take your allergy seriously or understand the importance of a guest feeling confident enough they’re being listened to. How do I know then what even happened in the kitchen if I’m treated that way in person? Will never eat at one of these restaurants again.

Workers are always very kind and helpful. Very aware of gluten allergies. Do wish the cross contamination with the toppings specifically for dairy were better (ex, cheese being in with other toppings, not good for a dairy allergy)

Its rare that I go to a restaurant and enjoy everything Ive tasted. I had the wagyu skewer, distinguished gentleman roll, and an A5 a la carte sushi as well. My boyfriend enjoyed the bluefin tuna set. Finished it off with a banana split dessert featuring mochi donut, creme brûlée banana, and vanilla ice cream. The waitress was also fantastic and kind enough to let me know about the gluten free menu. 10/10 Need to come back and try the cheesecake:)

We have been to the Hard Rock Cafe on several occasions and have never been disappointed in the service or the food! I’ve been a loyal customer of Sofrito because their food is undeniably excellent, and they offer great gluten-free options—a rarity that I appreciate. However, my recent experiences with their service and attention to detail have been increasingly disappointing, to the point where I can no longer support this establishment. Over the course of my last three orders, there have been consistent issues. On one occasion, the chimichurri was so excessively salty that it was completely inedible. On another order, I received salad but no salad dressing; most recently, my order didn’t include a salad at all. These might seem like small issues independently, but together, they point to a pattern of carelessness that’s hard to overlook, especially considering the cost of dining here. My dish alone was over $36—at that price point, I expect the details to matter. What’s even more frustrating is how poorly the management handled these issues. When I called after the chimichurri incident, I spoke to a manager who dismissed my concerns and did nothing to resolve the problem. More recently, when I called about the missing salad, they informed me that they had just started omitting salads—something a customer shouldn’t have to find out after the fact. To make matters worse, when I called again to address these repeated problems, the manager offered only a 20% credit, claiming that they couldn’t do more because they “didn’t have the item in front of them.” This response came across as dismissive and gave the impression that the manager either didn’t believe me or didn’t care to make things right. Had we been dining in the restaurant, these issues could have been corrected immediately. But as takeout customers, we’ve been left feeling disregarded and undervalued. It’s incredibly disappointing to see such a great restaurant fail so miserably at customer service and consistency. While we gave them multiple opportunities to address our concerns, nothing was adequately resolved. Unfortunately, this will be the last time we dine at Sofrito. Excellent food can only make up for so much when the service falls so short.

Without a doubt the best dining experience we have had at a theme park and our new favorite restaurant at the parks. My wife had the roasted chicken which features a Moroccan inspired flavor profile. It is served on a potato cake with root vegetables. Each element was cooked perfectly. The menu did not indicate it was gluten free but the chef was kind enough to assure us that it was (so either the menu had not been updated with the new item or it was modified). I had the seared tuna noodle bowl. It is served cool and has a higher spiciness so maybe not for everyone. This was truly an elevated meal that we would have been happy with at any restaurant. We honestly felt that the meal was a bargain for its quality and portion. How often can you say that about a restaurant inside a theme park? Don't sleep on Confisco.

The dinner experience for two was delicious and accommodating substitutions were provided for my gluten allergy. The bread and desserts didn't even taste gluten free. Highly recommend this location!

Truthfully I haven’t been to a PF Changs in a long time but I am so happy I went back. The service was really great your staff is so well trained in customer service. Jessica was our server and she guided me through the gluten free options available. When I took my first bite I had to call her over and have her verify it was gluten free. It was so good that I was in disbelief! Thank you so much ! I will be back!

They do have gluten free buns or lettuce "buns". No lactose free stuff for their shakes though, unfortunately. Their burgers are DAMN good. I got sweet potato fries and they damn near melted in my mouth and were sooo good. My partner got the swiss burger (gluten free bun) and he loved it. It was our first time, and we will definitely be going back someday.

The pizza was delicious. Jess was very helpful explaining the style of pizza that they serve, wood-fired neapolitan, and the regular and gluten-free crusts that they have. We came last night and sat at the bar and had the pleasure of meeting a great bartender Anthony! I think this might be my new favorite restaurant in Orlando! Gluten free pizza was amazing, one of the best I’ve ever eaten! Anthony made his version of cucumber mint margarita, absolutely delicious!! This place is such a great amenity for Cabana Bay. There is something for everyone. My wife has a gluten allergy and the chef prepared her a meal to accommodate her dietary needs. WE ate two meals here during our stay. I had churrasco beef and then the super salad. My wife had gluten free pizza and gluten free chicken nuggets. The salad was probably the best salad I have had in a very long time and felt like a great value at under $10. The gluten free chicken nuggets were top notch. Glad to report that my wife had no adverse reactions after eating here. Don't make a special trip here if you are not staying on property, but if you are there take advantage of the options.

Great place to eat and great experience. Food was delicious and came to our table fast. I especially love the care and attention they took with my food as I have Celiac Disease and needed all my food gluten free with no cross contamination. Chef came out to take my order, she prepared my food to ensure safety and brought it to my table herself covered. I greatly appreciate when I can eat somewhere and know that my food is safe to eat and won’t make me sick. No reaction at all and it was delicious! I had the chicken with roasted potatoes, corn on the cob and lemonade for the drink. Husband had the chicken and ribs and said it was delicious as well. We both loved it!

This place was fantastic, quirky, and vibrant! Tapas style foods, clearly labeled menu, and knowledgeable staff. First question they asked were about food allergies (out of caution I will say yes I have an “allergy”). They asked about cross contamination sensitivity. My food was always brought separately with confirmation of GF status! I ordered everything on the menu that was both vegetarian and gluten free. The sweet potato’s and cauliflower tacos were insane - but honestly, it was hard to put any dish under a 9/10. I will be returning!
