Good trattoria in the centre, traditional dishes with the possibility of having the entire menu also gluten-free. The dishes are tasty and plentiful, the prices are average for the center of Palermo, the only important note is that the penne rigate cannot be served with fried courgettes, this first course must absolutely be served with spaghetti or spaghettoni, a blue pencil mistake.

I'm sorry but we didn't like the pizza. We came for a person who is celiac, but basically, it seemed to us that all the pizzas were made for celiacs. The dough is biscuity. There are people who like pizza like that but we don't. The environment is small... normal prices.

External environment enclosed within the walls of the surrounding buildings. The outdoor room has no fans, so you can imagine the heat felt. The internal room is cramped and has ineffective air conditioners. The pizza is average, while the gluten-free pizza is not bad. Good first courses.

Finally a pizzeria where those with intolerances can enjoy a truly delicious pizza. Special praise goes to Salvo, the waiter who served us during dinner. What a huge disappointment. The two of us got two pizzas. A gluten-free Romana and a margherita with mushrooms whose cooking is rather doubtful as they looked like they were defecated by a seagull. In any case, we go beyond sight and eat them, terrible, very poor quality of both the dough and the ingredients (as simple as they were). But that's not all, we also had considerable difficulty digesting the pizzas, which literally remained on our stomachs. Final gem, two pizzas (one Roman and one Margherita with mushrooms) two cokes and a bottle of water €43.50, a robbery!!! If they had been good I wouldn't have said anything, but two crazy things and excessive prices for the poor quality (saying quality is a compliment)! Huge disappointment!! Never never again

They also bake excellent gluten-free pizzas, the pizzeria is AIC affiliated. You can also buy take-away pizza and they deliver home delivery. I have been a customer for years and have always had a good experience.

Pros: They actually had a gluten-free option, and it was only €1.50 more than the regular one. Honestly, a win for anyone with a gluten allergy. Cons: Where do I even start? The sandwich was tragically soggy, the filling was basically non-existent (except for the sad clump in the middle) and the flavor? Nonexistent, Ive had water that tastes more seasoned! To make matters worse, they didn’t even cut the sandwich, so eating it felt like some kind of weird food challenge. I paid €9.20 for this, and honestly? I could make a better sandwich at home blindfolded, with expired ingredients and zero effort. The restaurant itself looks nice. The colors, the concept, all very aesthetic. But when it comes to actual food and customer service? A total letdown. And as someone who has survived hellish 10-14 hour shifts in food service, I can confidently say the server had way too much time gossiping behind the counter instead of actually doing their job.

Looking at how the orders were carried out, and having noticed the passage of bread with gluten in the kitchen, given that any of the staff came and went from a kitchen where they should be at risk of contamination, I took the liberty of asking the waitress for information and she replied in a pedantic and annoyed way and above all with untruthful answers (the staff in the kitchen absolutely don't use gloves, anyone who touches SG dishes after touching bread and dishes with gluten). He didn't pay for his rudeness, as he walked away he called me a "pain in the ass". Having paid the bill, I kindly pointed out what had happened to the owner. Super nice environment with rooms all furnished differently (the one with the monkeys is beautiful). The tented exterior is welcoming, and in summer you can breathe the air of the garden on Piazza Sant'Oliva. The selection of wines and beers available is excellent. I highly recommend trying Palino.
