A super quirky place!! The decor is really cool! At first, it took us a while to understand the system, but then it was great! My little one is celiac and was able to eat without any problems because they understand cross-contamination! Something that doesn't happen very often around here. I also got a vegan okonimiyaki, which was delicious. They come in two sizes: M and L. Despite ordering M, we couldn't finish them, but they're prepared. There are trays where you can get as many containers as you need, and a bag to carry it in. The experience was very pleasant.

this was one of my favorite places to eat while in japan. a quiet bar/restaurant in kyoto that has gluten free and vegetarian friendly options. the rice bread was incredible. the veggie curry and white miso strew was so delicious i still think about it to this day. wish i had spent more time in kyoto so i could have eaten here a second time.

Holy cow!! What an incredible meal. To be anywhere in the world, let alone Japan, and have an entirely gluten free meal is a real treat. I can’t even eat like this in the massive American city where I live. This was dreamy. Incredible food and service in an intimate and comfortable space. Mouyan Curry is located in Kabukicho, Shinjuku. It's great to be able to eat gluten-free curry. I ordered the three-meat curry (beef tendon, pork, and dry). The two potatoes, fukujinzuke pickles, smoked pickled radish, and onion and rakkyo are all self-service and I was full.

I visited L for You AOYAMA, a gluten-free cafe for intestinal health in Omotesando. I've been eating and drinking a lot these past few days, so I came here to give my stomach a rest (^^)... I had burdock and mushroom intestinal health soy milk soup, a plate of brown rice and vegetables, and pomegranate green tea. I'm so happy it's gentle on my stomach...no guilt... It also came with a small banana bound cake, so I was very satisfied! Thank you for the meal (^_^)!

The most fun restaurant I have ever visited! It's basically a one-man band, with the owner doing pretty much everything: cooking, serving, cleaning and dealing with customers. The restaurant is a minimalist's nightmare, but it actually has its charm, with a lot of handmade decorations and jokes all over. The food was pretty tasty, with a fair variety of okonomiyaki, and there were plenty of gluten-free options, so it's good for celiacs. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food, and the experience. I'll definitely visit again when I'm in town.

Atmosphere was chill and lounge-y like a hip living room or speak easy from the 1920s. Felt like a secret 一言こだわりclub. It was 80% foreigners a from all over the world, so we felt comfortable speaking and laughing at normal sound levels without worrying about disturbing others. The Japanese there seemed happy to have lively foreigners - unlike a lot of places in Japan these days. Also, there was another restaurant nearby that had a sign that said VEGAN but later said “sorry that’s just “design””. This restaurant doesn’t just have a vegan menu, but rather can make vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, or MEAT versions of almost everything on their menu!

Honestly, the tacos were up there with the best tacos I’ve ever had. We are both gluten free and dairy free and the staff accommodated us so well. The atmosphere and vibe was top notch, and the staff & chef are SO lovely. I would love to come back here with friends, it’s got such a fun vibe. It’s small which makes it feel even more special. We didn’t have any drinks, but we saw they have great quality tequila & good selection of drinks. Great value for money, good portion sizes & excellent experience all round.

I always use this cafe for work! There is Wi-Fi and power outlets inside the store! Above all, it is a calm space, and I feel like I can get a lot of work done at the counter seats with a good view (∩˃o˂∩)♡ However, since the food is gluten-free and other food-related, and a full cafe latte costs about 800 yen, it is more of a cafe that I would like to use when I want to boost my self-esteem a little, like Starbucks! I often buy baked goods to take home as souvenirs for business partners, but there is also a general store, so it is a cafe that is highly recommended for women!

I ordered a vegetable biryani and a burhani raita. It was delicious and the portion was just enough for one person. The owner and Staff were welcoming and helpful. The restaurant even agreed to serve me the vegetarian set dinner thali with changes to make it gluten free. Would definitely visit again to try the thali.

I have been eating at all these other Japanese omakase restaurants that were very serious and quiet, so having an experience at a lively and boisterous place was a welcome change! The food was good and service was quick, would definitely come again. I am pescatarian and gluten-free, and I was able to order things I can eat.

Very good Hot Pot in All you can eat formula. You can choose whether to eat beef, pork or both, the price changes slightly. The waiters speak English and are very helpful towards customers. We were served by Sota and Masaya who were very professional! Suitable for celiacs, they are very careful about contamination, a great place!

Very genuine Japanese Izakaya! We came twice to have their gluten free Okonomiyaki and GF fried rice. The chef was very kind to prepare anything we wanted gluten free. Even GF cheesecake for desert. If you are around Dotonbori you can’t miss this pearl.

I've been here for lunch several times. I really liked the sea urchin pasta here, which was also made into gluten-free noodles, but to be honest, it was bad this time. There were fewer sea urchins, and I felt that the amount was small. The female staff member also kept asking, "Would you like some water?" and interrupted the conversation. The dishes were cleaned up as soon as I finished eating, and it wasn't busy, so I stayed for about 40 minutes before heading home. Honestly, including the drinks, the lunch costs over 2,000 yen, and it's far from the station, so I don't think I'll go there again.

The food was very, very good. The recommended menu is quite comprehensive, and the most striking thing is the vegetables—some of the most delicious I've eaten in a long time. You can tell they're from the garden, both in terms of flavor and size! MOTO served us, and he was super friendly and attentive. They also adapted the entire gluten-free menu for us. A very good place for a quiet dinner. The only downside to the atmosphere is that it's very cold in the wind, but otherwise, it was great.

We really liked this little place. It’s a bit of an experience though. Very tiny and therefore only a couple of seats and a lot of interaction with the chef. If you’re in the mood for a quiet dinner this isn’t the spot. The chef is funny and a good fella. He taught us some japanese while he was making the sushi and the food was good! No problem to accommodate gluten-free and dairyfree.

all the food was delicious - the grilled eel with cream cheese was delicious, and our tenderloin had beautiful marbling and was perfectly cooked. our server, thu was lovely and fun to chat with. they were mindful as my romance partner doesn’t eat meat, and I don’t eat gluten, they were able to accommodate us both without sacrificing flavor. highly recommend!

Gluten-free ramen (lol) I changed the noodles to konnyaku noodles. I had a delicious Afri for the first time in about 10 years. After all, wheat noodles are good, but I have no choice but to use konnyaku (bitter smile) However, I think it's a compromise if it's gluten-free ramen (lol) Thank you for being late. Phenomenal Yuzu Ramen recommended to me by a local… so delicious! Hearty but surprisingly light. They also have kognac noodles as a gluten-free option. Workers seem genuinely happy to be there. Can’t wait to come back some day, hopefully sooner than later! 🍋🍜🤤
