We had breakfast there twice while staying at the hotel. The service is excellent and the Eggs Benedict was amazing. The use polenta instead of bread and proscuitto instead of the more traditional Canadian bacon. I would like to go back and try dinner here as the ambiance is really cool. Big windows facing the street. I am Celiac and they have lots of Gluten Free options in addition to a dedicated GF prep space. They take it very seriously and I was safe here. The bar area is really cool on the corner of the building.

Came here with my son who is also gluten intolerant so we could enjoy a special treat, and it didn’t disappoint! He got cinnamon rolls, a chocolate chip cookie and a brownie, and loved all of them. I went for a lemon bar the almond poppyseed bread 🤤. SO delicious!! So nice to walk into a place and order whatever makes your heart happy, definitely worth a stop.

Spectacular food! The staff were super friendly and attentive and were able to accommodate for a severe gluten allergy. We had the Vodka Penne (with gluten free pasta), and the sausage french bread pizza. Both were really tasty, lots of flavor. We also ordered one of their gluten free cannolis and a piece of strawberry cheesecake to-go and were very pleased with both. I am not gluten free but my wife is, and her pasta and cannoli didn't taste any different from traditional recipes! I would actually order it myself. The restaurant had a cool atmosphere. It's a pretty small place (only 10 or so tables) with family photos on the walls.

We are celiacs and traveled to Denver for family. We were super excited about trying this place, but we walked in and the place was DISCUSSING!! The guy working there was very mean and their selection was very low and not what it looked like on the website. The guy was being sarcastic the whole entire time. The kitchen workspace was visibly very dirty. We are very strict celiacs and he was not wearing gloves and offered us bread out of a random plastic bag . he was touching it with his bare hands, and that was a major health concern for us. Do not recommend coming here!! and it’s safe to say we will never be coming back.

This became one of my favorite places when I became Celiac. I’m not sure if the portion sizes have gone down considerably, but I wouldn’t recommmend getting food to go on a specialty occasion such as Mother’s Day, etc. The food is amazing! You can tell it’s made with love, however the portion size I received on Mother’s Day could’ve easily fed my toddler. I think they were super busy just trying to keep up on orders so the food was being portioned out scarcely. For $39 for a gluten free marinara spaghetti I expected a little more; especially in these economically tough times.

Gluten free options. I was told to come here but to be honest, it isn’t anything special. Definitely over priced for what we got. The poor server was the only one and she seemed to have the whole restaurant. She was very kind. food was meh. not memorable.

This was some of the best pizza! So good! Their gluten free pizza was 10/10. The crust was one of the best I have ever had. It was great having a gluten free option. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good pizza place in Buena Vista!

By far the best Italian I've had in Colorado. On par with North side Italian in Boston. Their extensive gluten free menu is also an added bonus for my wife. Family friendly, date night, they even have a bar with a TV for sports viewers. Just go and thank me later.

I had dinner here last week and I really struggle to eat out because of my celiac. Because of this I am typically really anxious when explaining my disorder to waiting staff. Chrissy was the one serving me, and she made the entire process so easy. She listened to all my concerns about food contamination, and informed me about the kitchen policies about food contamination. She was so knowledgable and kind throughout her service. She checked on us frequently to ensure we were okay and had everything we needed. The GF Sausage and Peppers was great, but Chrissy made the entire experience. I will be asking if she is working the next time I come in!

Family owned business with superior service and delicious food. Everything is fresh and the deserts are homemade. They have gluten free options and were able to accommodate a dairy free diet with a dish that that was delicious. Check this place out!!

The seafood was excellent! The PEI mussels tasted super fresh. The alcohol-free wine was great too. We had a wonderful evening. Not bad for a gluten-free Italian meal! The staff are very accommodating and welcoming.

I honestly wasn’t impressed and I’ve given it several shots. The pizza was super burnt and it’s like they added the ingredients after the crust was baked. I’ve never had a margarita pizza that was like fresh uncooked veggies on it but maybe that’s a style I didn’t know about. Wasn’t a fan of the prosciutto and pea pasta dish I had either, it was just bland. I didn’t expect deli ham but that was my fault because I don’t know Italian, but I guess it said that in the name. My bad. I ended up going home and finding a recipe to try with normal prosciutto and making it myself and now I just do that instead. I will say that the staff was wonderful though and I didn’t complain or make them feel bad. I just personally didn’t like the food.

They’re great about gluten free at Bacco, they have gluten free pasta (upcharge) and can make many other dishes GF as well. One of the coolest dishes I’ve gotten GF here is the chicken parmesan. You can get GF bread too! There are good dairy free options too and are able to make many dairy full things dairy free too. They’ve never messed up my food and are kind and understanding. I’m not celiac, but very sensitive to wheat and my daughter has a dairy allergy.

I had a very delicious glutenfree pizza. And on the positive site they indeed have a glutenfree menue. But what they claim to be a 12" glutenfree pizza is a sad disappointment. Next time I pickup pizza there I'll donor them a measure! Glad I was not that hungry today.

My food was great. Very good quality, good cozy atmosphere. Gluten free eaters beware. Their "gluten sensitive" food absolutely destroyed my celiac friend. Do not bother if you cannot eat gluten because there appears to be nothing here for you.

We stopped by SaBella’s because Beau Jo’s Deck was full (Note: We only went for the river ambience more than the over priced pizza) From the first bite, it was clear this place takes pizza seriously. We tried Shawn’s House and the Hawaiian Kick, and both were absolutely incredible in their own unique ways. Shawn’s House is something special — it’s layered with flavor. The pesto, roasted garlic, chicken, and basil combo is rich without being overwhelming, and that crust? Perfectly chewy, with just the right amount of crisp on the outside. Every bite felt like it was crafted with care. If you like bold and savory, this one’s a must. Then there’s the Hawaiian Kick — a wild card that totally delivered. It’s got that sweet pineapple base you’d expect, but with a spicy twist that sneaks up on you in the best way. It’s sweet, spicy, cheesy, and ridiculously satisfying. The vibe at SaBella’s is super down-to-earth. Small space, friendly people, and everything felt personal — like you were grabbing a slice in a mountain town run by your friends. You can tell the team cares about their food and their customers. Even the gluten-free options looked amazing. Bottom line: if you’re in Evergreen or even remotely nearby, go to SaBella’s. It was expensive, but I had what's easily one of the top 3 all time fish entrees of my life. It was a halibut special and was to die for. The wine selection is disappointing, esp for an Italian restaurant since there are so many amazing and affordable Italian wines.

Most understanding staff and can accommodate almost anything on the menu to be gluten free. They use La veniziane pasta (the best) so don’t have to worry about other bad ones and it’s cooked so safely. Such a great place
