Gluten-free bakery (safe for celiacs). There are a lot of cookies and biscuits. But if you want savory baked goods or croissants, there is little choice, especially if you want it to be vegetarian or vegan (there is nothing there). I had a small pizza, but the base was soaked with liquid (mushy consistency). The pastry was filled with cream and there was way too much cream. The rolls were soft and didn't taste good. The staff is also not polite (makes you feel unwanted). I'll go to another gluten-free bakery next time.

After a long walk from Bagheria station, we arrived at the "Le Bontà gluten-free" bakery. They immediately welcomed us with kindness and made us feel at ease. We ate sweet and savory, we won't tell you how good it was, it was exceptional. Kind, friendly family and very nice Sofia. Coming from Palermo by train was worth it.

I'm sorry but we didn't like the pizza. We came for a person who is celiac, but basically, it seemed to us that all the pizzas were made for celiacs. The dough is biscuity. There are people who like pizza like that but we don't. The environment is small... normal prices.

Excellent experience! The pizzas are amazing, with light dough and quality ingredients, but the real surprise were the gluten-free options. Finally a pizzeria where those with intolerances can enjoy a truly delicious pizza. Special praise goes to Salvo, the waiter who served us during dinner. His preparation in recommending wines was impeccable: he guided us with passion and competence in choosing the perfect pairing for our dishes, transforming the dinner into a small food and wine journey. A well-organised, welcoming neighborhood pizzeria/chicken shop where you can eat excellent pizzas and more. The trousers are amazing and the dough is really good. They also bake excellent gluten-free pizzas, the pizzeria is AIC affiliated. You can also buy take-away pizza and they deliver home delivery. I have been a customer for years and have always had a good experience.

What a huge disappointment. The two of us got two pizzas. A gluten-free Romana and a margherita with mushrooms whose cooking is rather doubtful as they looked like they were defecated by a seagull. In any case, we go beyond sight and eat them, terrible, very poor quality of both the dough and the ingredients (as simple as they were). But that's not all, we also had considerable difficulty digesting the pizzas, which literally remained on our stomachs. Final gem, two pizzas (one Roman and one Margherita with mushrooms) two cokes and a bottle of water €43.50, a robbery!!! If they had been good I wouldn't have said anything, but two crazy things and excessive prices for the poor quality (saying quality is a compliment)! Huge disappointment!! Never never again

Super nice environment with rooms all furnished differently (the one with the monkeys is beautiful). The tented exterior is welcoming, and in summer you can breathe the air of the garden on Piazza Sant'Oliva. The selection of wines and beers available is excellent. I highly recommend trying Palino.

I was in this square last night, my boyfriend and I chose it to celebrate our birthday and, in light of the compliments received for the goodness of the pizza, we can say we made the right choice. The pizza was delicious, light and digestible dough. Helpful and courteous service, helpful and kind owner, really reasonable prices. I also recommend this pizzeria to those looking for gluten-free dough, my sister said she had never eaten such a good gluten-free pizza.

Such delicious pinsa we came back from round two. Naturally gluten free (but you would honestly never know so don't let this put you off), light and airy dough. The staff are all refreshingly enthusiastic and keen to help with recommendations. We tried 4 flavors, all divine but the stand out for me was the carbonara. Price for two pinsa, fries and a bottle of water was €20. The best prices in Sicily! Run, don't walk to History Pinsa, you won't regret it.

Positive experience at Mineo's pizza house, friendly waiters, comfortable sofa seats, I took the GLUTEN-FREE pizza, obviously it seemed completely frozen to me but it doesn't matter, the important thing is that I was able to be with the others who eat "normally" and above all I wasn't sick due to contamination
