Almost everything can be gluten-free 🤩. We took a mixed fried dish (croquettes and meatballs) and the puccia with octopus. Take away and eat by the sea. The fried food was a little greasy and the octopus a little tough, but I would go back and recommend it.

I absolutely loved this place starting from the kindness of the staff. Furthermore, the choice of foods suited to my requests was really excellent, including local dishes that I personally love but are usually not possible to eat due to gluten. Youth-run venue located a few steps from the center of Tricase. Single small internal room with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The menu ranges from the typical proposals of a pizzeria to pucce, with also the possibility of opting for some typical dishes of Salento cuisine (including pieces of horse and bombette). Although the meat is TENDER AND JUICY and the pucce are excellent, the pizza (with a pronounced edge and a center as thin as a veil) declined in different ways remains the undisputed protagonist... They justify the recognition obtained by the red shrimp: 1) a LIGHT and DIGESTIBLE DOUGH, MELTING on the palate also present in other variants (hemp, turmeric, gluten free...); 2) IMPECCABLE COOKING; 3) the MASTERY of the pizza chefs; 4) the HIGH QUALITY and PARTICULARITY of the INGREDIENTS used (among the few to use swordfish carpaccio). Furthermore, a courteous and helpful service, with never intrusive staff and a normal waiting time contribute to making this place a MUST STOP in the Salento food scene.

My friends and I stumbled upon this place by chance and were pleasantly surprised. Hospitality and education were the fundamental pillars of our experience with the staff. The menu offers the customer the opportunity to choose between several very attractive dishes, which certainly will not disappoint you. Furthermore, it is possible to eat their sandwiches with the gluten-free formula in order to accommodate those who are celiac or gluten intolerant. The environment is calm: you can consume both inside and outside. The only flaw for those going in a group is that the place has adopted a policy whereby separate accounts cannot be made. Lastly, to my displeasure, two extra covers were added to the bill but we noticed this when we had already left the restaurant. Despite this, I would like to recommend everyone to stop by here. ❤️

I admit my lack, many years in Salento and only last night I was in this restaurant despite having 'passed over' dozens and dozens of times. Enchanting place, impeccable service with a smile, good food and a fair price. A detail that doesn't hurt if you are informed and prepared about allergens or intolerances (my wife has celiac disease)... several dishes are already gluten-free, then they have (packaged) SG bread and even fried SG fish (very good) in a dedicated fryer. Of course we will return.

I never expected to find a place like this in a small town like Melpignano, but I must say the truth surprised me on every front. Let's start from the restaurant, very beautiful, elegant and welcoming atmosphere, polite and friendly staff, one in particular Margherita who kindly served us every time with a smile. The food, let me start by saying that all the photos are of gluten-free dishes, so there is no need to say anything other than that it is all delicious, I challenge you to go and distinguish gluten-free from non-gluten-free. However, beyond this, the food is delicious, the flavors are genuine and it stands out that each ingredient is fresh. Prices, I would say, excellent despite the very high quality of the food. So if you have reached this point in the review it means that there is only one thing missing for you to do, book and go because you will not be disappointed. 5 stars and above 🌟

Positive opinion, even if I prefer a more Easy atmosphere. I didn't really understand if it was actually a formal place or if it wanted to appear so. Location on the pleasant terrace (the same fryer visible at the entrance is also worth considering). What we got was well made, some mix-ups with the bill, but resolved without a hitch. The arrival of gluten-free bread was much appreciated due to the presence of a celiac at the table. Some types of pasta are available for intolerance.

Very kind staff. The sandwiches can also be taken with gluten-free bread, however they do not have a separate space but it is an open space. There could be contamination but we still had no problems. The sandwiches are good, the cost is proportionate. The tables outside, however, are quite dirty and sticky.

The athmosphere of this place is truly amazing. The owner could not do more to make our dinner here more pleasant. Homemade straciatella was superb. I here never tested a better one. Adding it to pasta made it really delicious. On top the offer is very flexible since my friend is gluten free the variety of choices, including gluten-free pasta and home made deserts with thiramisu. What can I say. Great place, unique fluids, and interesting food.

What struck me most about this place was the attention to the customer. I had ordered a gluten-free pizza but it came out a little too "crunchy". The owner noticed that I was having some difficulty eating it and without me saying anything she immediately arranged for another truly delicious and crumbly one to be made. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the pizzas and fritti are excellent and I saw some very inviting first courses passing by. Low prices. We will definitely be back

Restaurant focused on typical Salento cuisine that I frequented during my adolescence and that I try to try again every time I return to Salento. Externally it may look like a building like the others, but internally it is a great restaurant, well looked after and rustic, with the possibility of, in the summer, also having a place in the garden, a great garden. The staff is very kind and smiling and offers/suggests typical or seasonal dishes, especially to those who are trying this cuisine for the first time. Their mixed starter is fabulous and plentiful, a normal person would be full with that alone. The other dishes are also all well made and plentiful and also have gluten free options. The quality of the products is very good and the quality/price ratio is excellent. So what can I say, absolutely worth trying.

We had lunch at Crianza on Easter day. Even though we hadn't booked, the staff welcomed us with enthusiasm and was ready to satisfy our every need. Giorgio, together with the other waiters, guided us in choosing the dishes which, in fact, were better than each other. We tasted the specials of the day: Tris Sea Tartare and Paccheri Filled with Creamed Cod, what can I say SPECTACULAR! Furthermore, for those intolerant to lactose and gluten, there are also dedicated options for desserts (what not taken for granted even today). I tasted the Artisan Ice Cream Pralines. Tasting of three flavors of ice cream covered in dark chocolate: Marzipan, Orange Dark Chocolate, Dried Figs and Cupeta were superlative! The alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails were also carefully crafted and were excellent. A 5 star dinner. Very high quality fish and above all a lot of attention to my celiac disease. They cooked me the gluten-free pasta I wanted without any problems. I even brought the one I preferred even though they were provided with it. An unforgettable experience. The fish melted in your mouth. I will definitely come back during my next holidays.
